Vehicle Technician – Charles Hurst Belfast Land Rover
Hours: 4 Day Working Week (Shift rota). Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Tuesday-Friday 8am-6pm. 1 Saturday on rota basis 9am-1pm
Salary: OTE £42,000- £50,000 (including £32,000-£40,000 basic + £6,600 bonus potential) - salary reviewed annually.
Charles Hurst are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our fantastic workshop in Belfast Land Rover. While working alongside other experienced technicians, you will play a vital role in carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology, conducting services, and completing repairs to the highest standards.
You will report to the accomplished Aftersales Manager, who will provide ongoing support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed. We also offer excellent training and career progression opportunities, including manufacturer-accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric training to accelerate your career further.
This role is eligible for on sign bonus - up to £1,000* Subject to T&Cs

The ideal candidate will have the following to be considered for this role: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, motor industry experience (brand or non-brand), and a full and valid driving licence. You’ll be self-motivated whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn, and are able to work to and maintain the highest of standards to all vehicles that take a spin through our doors.

Sales Executives – Land Rover & Prestige Vehicles
Location: Charles Hurst Belfast Land Rover
Hours: 44 hours per week; Monday-Wednesday 9:00–17:30, Thursday 9:00–20:00, Friday 9:00–17:00, Saturday 9:00–15:00 (rota)
Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus commission, uncapped)
Land Rover is recruiting an ambitious Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. Specialising in used and new land rover vehicles, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.
As part of our dedicated sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives are the key point of contact for clients, paying close attention to detail to understand all customer wants and needs.
Key Responsibilities
Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs, including Land Rover and other prestige models
Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
Negotiating the final sale price
Completing all relevant sales paperwork accurately
Liaising with various dealership departments to ensure the best possible service for customers

Charles Hurst Belfast Land Rover is recruiting for a Drive Thru Host / Vehicle Coordinator — a unique role within the JLR brand. This is not a delivery driver position. Instead, you will be the first point of contact for every customer arriving on site, ensuring a seamless, premium experience from the moment they enter our Drive Thru.
This role combines customer service, vehicle coordination, and front‑of‑house support, helping us deliver the exceptional standards expected of the Land Rover brand.
Welcoming customers as they arrive into the JLR Drive Thru and providing a professional first impression
Completing vehicle check‑ins, walking the car with the customer, and recording any damage on the job card
Introducing customers to their Service Advisor and ensuring a smooth handover
Moving vehicles between the Drive Thru, workshop, valet bay, and compounds as required
Preparing vehicles for customer collection, ensuring they are positioned correctly and ready on time
Supporting the service team with basic system input, job card updates, and vehicle status checks
Maintaining the Drive Thru area to JLR brand standards
Providing a calm, organised, customer‑focused presence throughout the day
Confident, friendly, and comfortable dealing with customers face‑to‑face
Computer literate and able to update job cards and vehicle information accurately
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
A safe, responsible driver with the ability to manoeuvre a range of vehicles
Someone who takes pride in presentation — both personal and vehicle standards
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider service team
Essential:
Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (insurance requirement)
Desirable:
Experience in a customer‑facing, valet, service reception, or vehicle‑handling role
