We are looking for an experienced and detail‑driven individual to join our BMW Motorrad team as a Sales Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career within one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands, supporting a high‑performing retail environment at Charles Hurst.
Our Sales Administrators play a key role in the smooth running of our Motorrad sales operation. You’ll work closely with our Sales Executives to provide accurate, efficient administrative support, ensuring every customer receives a first‑class experience from order to handover.
Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date motorcycle stock records
Ensuring all required documentation is present and securely filed (V5, MOT history, service history, ownership records)
Taxing all sold motorcycles ahead of customer collection
Creating sales invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring all details match the customer order
Completing thorough checks on all sales documentation and confirming payment prior to releasing the motorcycle
Supporting the wider Motorrad sales team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Motor trade experience within a dealership environment is essential — motorcycle experience highly desirable
Strong administrative and IT skills, with excellent attention to detail
A proactive, organised individual who can work at pace
Confident communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude

Skills and experience required
- Minimum of 3-5 years qualified experience, preferably with a premium brand
- Exceptional diagnostic skills and advanced mechanical knowledge
- Previous experience as a Master Technician or equivalent senior level role
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or similar
- Competent in use of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Hold a current and clean Full driving licence

Instead, you will be the first point of contact for every customer arriving on site, ensuring a seamless, premium experience from the moment they enter our Drive Thru.
This role combines customer service, vehicle coordination, and front‑of‑house support, helping us deliver the exceptional standards expected of the Land Rover brand.
Welcoming customers as they arrive into the JLR Drive Thru and providing a professional first impression
Completing vehicle check‑ins, walking the car with the customer, and recording any damage on the job card
Introducing customers to their Service Advisor and ensuring a smooth handover
Moving vehicles between the Drive Thru, workshop, valet bay, and compounds as required
Preparing vehicles for customer collection, ensuring they are positioned correctly and ready on time
Supporting the service team with basic system input, job card updates, and vehicle status checks
Maintaining the Drive Thru area to JLR brand standards

What you’ll be doing:
As a wholesale tyres service advisor, you will be selling tires in large quantities to businesses, such as garages, car dealerships, and other retailers, rather than directly to individual consumers. Your role will involve building relationships with business clients, understanding their needs for different types of vehicles, managing inventory, organising deliveries, inventory administration and providing expert advice on brands and performance to help businesses make profitable purchasing decisions. You will also work alongside our retail side of the business to ensure customer satisfaction. Along with this there is also potential to learn and evolve into the purchasing of the tyre stock from our wholesale suppliers.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential. You may already have experience in the automotive industry, or perhaps you’ve worked in another customer-facing sector such as retail or banking — what matters most is your positive attitude and desire to help people. Experience using Kerridge / ADP or similar dealer systems would be an advantage but not a requirement.

A Service Advisor is the link between our customers and our workshop, making sure customers are looked after and kept informed while their vehicle is with us.
What the job actually involves
• Booking services, MOTs and repair work for customers
• Greeting customers and discussing the work required on their vehicle
• Keeping customers updated while their vehicle is in the workshop
• Liaising with technicians and the workshop to manage vehicle progress
• Managing phone calls, online bookings and customer enquiries
• Advising customers on service plans, warranty and additional work where appropriate
• Making sure customer and vehicle records are accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Level 3 Technician to join our growing team at Charles Hurst Lexus in Belfast. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to continue developing their technical skills. You’ll be supported by our Franchise Aftersales Manager Craig Montgomery, and benefit from ongoing training, including manufacturer‑accredited programmes and Hybrid & Electric vehicle training to help you progress your career. Our technicians play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we want you to be part of our continued success. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to Peugeot standards
Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical and electrical faults
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right first time
Prepare and quality‑check vehicles prior to customer handover
Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent
Strong mechanical skills
Confident using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
A proactive approach to learning and development
Full, clean driving licence
