As a member of the Enterprise Solutions team, you will play a critical role in contributing to the success of Judi Health’s customers leveraging Judi, our Enterprise Health Platform, to service their own pharmacy administrative needs. About the team

Position Summary:

The IT Help Desk Technician assists in managing our ticketing system, MDM software, and AWS platform while overseeing the onboarding and off boarding IT activities associated with employee profiles.

Position Responsibilities:

• Research end user issues independently, when needed, and document/develop a solution per company standards

• Develop additional MDM automation to facilitate user onboarding

• Identify MDM related company needs and create, configure, test and deploy management of user systems via MDM Software.

• Collaborate with internal partner teams to identify compliance, best practice, or other IT related policy needs within the cross functional existing processes and workflows; identify and present enhancements and deploy solutions to the business.

Beyond maintaining infrastructure, you'll architect and develop a custom observability platform that gives engineering teams powerful, fast, and cost-effective visibility into every layer of our infrastructure—from application logs and metrics to distributed traces. You'll build production-grade internal products using React/TypeScript frontends with Python and Rust backends, creating tools that fundamentally improve how engineers at Judi Health debug, monitor, and optimize their systems. • Implementation Management:Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training, to ensure successful deployment.  
• Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key AI usage metrics, such as model performance, adoption rates, and ROI, to inform optimization strategies.  
• Change Management:Guide clients through the organizational changes required for AI adoption, focusing on training and cultural alignment.  
• Technical Support and Advocacy:Act as a liaison between the clients/departments and the AI product/engineering teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product enhancements.  
• Risk Management:Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, ethical concerns, or security risks in AI deployment.  
• Manage and lead team of small team Machine Learning Engineers
• Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years (4 years with Masters degree) of experience in industry with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini etc. Experience developing and fine-tuning prompts on any of the GenAI services  
• Passion for customer, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment.
• Good written and communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment.

Position Summary:

Join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation as a Data Engineer II (Analytics Engineer). You will build and maintain reliable data models within Snowflake with dbt, and improve data quality and observability. Partner with analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver trusted, well-documented datasets that power analytics and products.

Position Responsibilities:

· Build, test, and document Snowflake data models and business logic in dbt

· Apply and improve data quality, testing, observability, and lineage standards

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define data contracts and interfaces

· Contribute to Capital Rx’s modular data platform and client-specific data configurations

· Participate in design reviews; propose scalable, maintainable patterns

· Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause fixes

· Optimize cost and performance of jobs, storage, and queries with guidance

· Write clear documentation and support knowledge sharing

· Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance

Preferred Qualifications:

· 3+ years in data engineering, software engineering, or related field

· Strong SQL and Python; solid understanding of ETL/ELT and dimensional/data vault modeling

· Hands-on dbt experience (models, tests, documentation, deployments)

· Experience with orchestration (Dagster or Airflow) and scheduling best practices

· Familiarity with Spark/Databricks and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)

· CI/CD for data (Git-based workflows, environments), and basic IaC familiarity

· Data observability and testing (dbt tests, Great Expectations/Soda, lineage tools)

· Understanding of security, governance, and privacy for PII/PHI (HIPAA awareness)

· Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Bonus if you have Exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider directories)

· Performance tuning in Snowflake (warehouse sizing, clustering, caching)
