BVNK is seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our Commercial team as the Sales Director - Fintech & PSP in the United States. This role reports directly to the SVP, Fintech & PSP but will work closely with other functions within the business. This role will encompass all aspects of the sales process; lead generation, relationship building, onboarding, and ongoing account management and client service. The candidate will work closely with the Commercial team to acquire and develop new relationships with relevant clients. You will utilize your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network of contacts to generate leads and close deals.

About the role:
BVNK is establishing a centralised Response Management Office (RMO) to transform how RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Proposal), and DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaire) activity is managed across the business.
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly created function at its formative stage and play a hands-on role in shaping how it operates, scales, and delivers impact across BVNK. You won’t just execute processes - you’ll help define, refine, and elevate them to the standard of excellence required to win strategic enterprise clients.
The goal: find broken things and fix them. That includes processes that shouldn’t exist, decisions that haven’t been revisited (but should have been), and tools that are slowing everyone down.
As a Response Management Analyst, you will help build and scale the operating system that drives operational excellence across RFx, DDQs, and commercial processes. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus - but not required. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, passionate about AI and automation, highly detail-oriented, an out-of-the-box thinker, and excited to create something new with high impact.
