This is an excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commission whilst helping pet pawrents discover food that makes their cats and dogs thrive! We offer a genuinely supportive working environment and want driven individuals who match our passion and ethos. Top performers in the role are currently earning £85,000+ Per Annum.
The best part? This is a You'll be contracted to work 16 day shifts per month— giving you more time for life, while still building a brilliant, high-earning career.
In this role, you'll represent Butternut Box at face-to-face selling opportunities across London and the South East of England. Activations include shopping centres, food festivals, county shows, Christmas markets, exhibitions, dog shows and more.

At Butternut Box, we’re on a mission to deliver health and happiness to dogs and their humans everywhere. As the European market leader in fresh dog food, we’ve built an award-winning brand by challenging the status quo - advocating for better ingredients and a cooking method that does right by dogs.
We are looking for a creative, data-savvy, and platform-native Social Media Manager to join us on a maternity cover basis (min. 12 months).
Social media is a core part of our community and in many ways our shop-face as an omni-channel company. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our brand’s cultural relevancy. You will be responsible for executing an organic social strategy that turns dog parents into lifelong Butternutters, with content that our audiences want to engage with, is culturally fluent and relevant, and that works with the algorithm not against it. You’ll bring a deep understanding of our priority platforms and how organic social can fuel our broader growth goals, acting as a witty copywriter and visual storyteller.
We are bolstering our Social Media team by hiring a Head of Social & Community, and so you will report to them once they’re in their post, but in the meantime will report directly to our Global Head of Brand.

We are on the lookout for a Paid Social Creative Strategy Lead to join our Marketing Growth Team.
As a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, driving growth through our digital marketing endeavours is crucial. Our goal? To establish ourselves as the leading fresh dog food company in Europe, maintaining a strong growth trajectory over the next 5 years.
The Paid Social Creative Strategist will own the strategy, delivery and performance of paid social creative across Meta and TikTok. Sitting within the UK Marketing team, this role is pivotal for scaling creative output while simultaneously improving creative performance and quality.
The role acts as the central point of ownership between creative, media and insight, managing multiple work streams (including in-house, agency and UGC resource), enabling creative sharing across international markets, and ensuring paid social creative drives efficient customer acquisition.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and making things run more smoothly. You are curious, detail-obsessed, and love figuring out how things work. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, improving the systems, workflows, and content that power our customer support.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally gravitates towards numbers and problem-solving (you were probably the kind of person who had maths as their favourite subject at school). You love digging into spreadsheets, analysing trends, and turning messy information into clear, useful insights. You’ll spend time building reports, refining processes, and making sure our tools and content are accurate, consistent, and effective.
You’ll also support the ongoing development of our automation and support tools, using real customer data to identify improvements and ensure everything is working as intended. Everything you do will have a big impact on our customer experience.

You will work closely with People Leads in-market, the Finance team, external payroll providers, and system account managers to ensure the compliance and accuracy of employee data, contracts, and payroll.
You will report to the People Director and part of the wider People Team, collaborating with other payroll specialists to drive payroll excellence across our global footprint.

Our team thrives on collaboration. We spend 3 days a week in our West London office (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days working from wherever you’re most productive. Because being together is a big part of our culture, we’re looking for someone within a comfortable commutable distance to London.
