We are looking for a talented Security Operations Center Analyst to join our Information Security team.
❗️ Important – On-Site Role❗️
This is an on-site position for our office in Warsaw, Poland.
Remote or hybrid arrangements are NOT available. Candidates must already be in the location or be willing to relocate. The relocation support will be provided if needed.
Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and other tools.
Perform initial triage and analysis of security events to detect potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Investigate network traffic and system logs to identify suspicious or malicious activity.
Respond to and manage security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
Escalate incidents when necessary and coordinate response activities across teams.
Document all findings, steps taken, and outcomes clearly.
Maintain detailed records of all security incidents and response actions.
Create and contribute to incident reports and SOC documentation.
Participate in post-incident reviews and help improve SOC procedures and playbooks.
2 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat monitoring.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat vectors, and defense techniques.
Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ELK).
Familiarity with IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, and email/web security solutions.
Cloud security knowledge (AWS and Azure preferred).

Must-Have:
✔️ 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or information security roles.
✔️ Advanced administration of macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems, including secure configuration, system hardening, access control management, and troubleshooting at the OS level.
✔️ Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP networking, routing, switching, and network protocol behaviour relevant to security analysis.
✔️ Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO27001, ISO27701, PCI DSS, GDPR, and others.
✔️ Administration and configuration of EDR/XDR platforms, including policy management, detection rule tuning, incident investigation, and endpoint threat response.
✔️ Configuration and administration of enterprise VPN solutions, including secure remote access management, authentication policies, and network access control.

We are seeking an Information Security Analyst (Data Protection) to join our team at our Valencia, Spain office.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Data Integrity & Leakage Control Implementation: Working with specialized internal systems to set up and manage data protection controls and monitor for suspicious activity in different systems.
✔️ Operational Management: Helping to add security monitoring to new business processes and systems where automated protection is not yet available.
✔️ Monitoring & Incident Escalation: Monitor signals from internal security systems and escalate suspicious cases to the Incident Response team.
