You have 5+ years in software implementation or Consulting.
You have at least 4+ years in SaaS industry

You are experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders.

WHO YOU ARE

You have 4-6+ years technical experience as well as 2+ years customer-facing, preferably in a consultative role
You have 4+ years of experience working with SaaS and Cloud technologies
You work well with a team and ready to engage with customers when called upon to provide prescriptive approaches to solving problems
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where ambiguity is common and can effectively speak to both technical and non-technical parties
You are comfortable working with one or more of the following: Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET
You understand the application development lifecycle, RESTful API design concepts, and have done a fair amount of scripting against APIs
Preferred skills
Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OpenID, Active Directory and/or Single Sign-on standards
Developed an application
Exposed to or have some experience with DBA and/or ETL

Build collaborative relationships with a range of customers spanning industries
Ensure that both new and existing Box customers are equipped to drive end user excitement and strategic adoption of Box and long-term behavior change
Design and deliver dynamic and engaging learning experiences across different mediums (written, live-delivery via webinar, recorded video, etc.)
Partner with client stakeholders to identify change impacts, overcome adoption barriers, and develop education and change management strategies that support successful transformation

HERE'S THE FINE PRINT
Run a portfolio of client facing projects with cross-functional teams of Box Consultants
Estimate and manage resource assignment to projects, ensuring on time, on budget deliverables from each project team
Provide status reports with utilization, financial, and project progress analysis on projects and activities
Consistently and independently devise mitigation plans for risks and issues throughout the portfolio of projects
Identify scope and requirement changes as quickly as possible and promptly communicate project impact, and produce any necessary artifacts such as Change Orders or mitigation plans
Manage project requirements and ensure quality outputs from cross-functional teams
Maintain project backlogs and provide recommendations for on-going work on strategic initiatives
Be the “true owner” of the project to BC executives and the wider BC org through multiple channels (All Hands, management meetings, email, Slack, etc)
Contribute to project management methodology, internal initiatives, and practice development
WHO YOU ARE
A high-energy client facing professional who can work with diverse stakeholders and quickly adjust to different project environments
A project leader who is able to “own the customer outcome” and can motivate a team of cross-functional consultants to truly Blow our Customer’s Minds
Clearly communicates key project updates to internal and external stakeholders including Executive Leadership
Ability to juggle multiple projects (~10) at time with a knack for staying organized
4+ years of experience in consulting or project management roles, and/or in the B2B SaaS industry
Ability to measure the status and manage the financial standing, scope alignment, and timeline of a project as defined in a contract such as a SOW or Change Order
Experienced power user of project management tools (e.g. Kantata, SmartSheet, MS Project, etc ), and related tools for communication and productivity (Slack, Google Calendar, etc).
Nice to have - PMP certification or comparable formal training and experience in project management preferred

Box Consulting Team では、テクノロジーとコンサルティングスキルを生かして、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現し、一緒にチームのミッションの実現の一翼を担って頂ける導入コンサルタントを募集しています。コンテンツは企業の全ての業務で使われていると言っても過言では無く、Box
はあらゆる業務を変革するポテンシャルがあります。広範囲に変革をもたらすが故に、適切なゴール設定と設計、利用定着化に向けた戦略が必要です。
このポジションは、新規および既存のお客様が Box プラットフォームを導入する際に、お客様の目線に立ち、お客様のクラウドでのコンテンツ管理の理想像を描き、お客様の変革を実現することをお任せします。
導入コンサルタントは、お客様のステークホルダーと密に連携しながらプロジェクトの進捗を管理し、高い専門性を持ってお客様の業務及び技術に関してプロフェッショナルなアドバイスを提供します。初期導入プロジェクトの開始から完了、その後の継続的な利用定着化活動、利用拡大をプロジェクト単位で担います。構想策定からビジネス要件とユースケースの把握、スコープをコントロールしながら成果物の実行に向けたプロジェクトマネジメントを担当頂きます。
導入コンサルタントは、複数のお客様向けのプロジェクトを同時進行で管理し、Box の他の組織のメンバーと協働しプロジェクトを成功に導きます。
