Barbaricum is seeking several Acquisition Specialist (All Levels) to support acquisition planning, contract management, and program execution for DoD programs. This role will support the full acquisition lifecycle and ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations.
The selected candidate will work with program and contracting stakeholders to support acquisition strategies and execution.
Responsibilities:
• Support acquisition planning and contract management activities.
• Develop acquisition documentation and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD policies.
• Support program execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with program and contracting stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Acquisition, or related field.
• Relevant experience based on level.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with acquisition tools and systems.

Barbaricum is seeking several Administrative Professionals (Program Specialist II / III) to provide administrative and program support within a government program environment. This role will support day-to-day operations, coordination, and documentation efforts across multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
The selected candidate will manage administrative workflows, prepare reports and correspondence, and coordinate meetings and travel while handling sensitive and confidential information. Depending on experience level, this role may also provide direct support to senior stakeholders and independently manage high-visibility administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and project support across program activities.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and executive-level documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for program staff and leadership.
• Maintain logs, records, archives, and program documentation.
• Interface with government personnel and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency of administrative processes.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with program requirements.
• Utilize office tools and systems including email, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
Required Qualifications:
• Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 3–4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree/technical school, OR HS/GED with 10–15 years of experience or military experience (E3–E4+).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting administrative operations in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in program or project coordination roles.
