Your Impact
As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition team you will be charged with full-life cycle recruitment efforts targeting experienced GTM candidates who align to the mission of the Axon organization: a sense of determination, recruiting prowess, and a desire to make an impact on the world. You're responsible for guiding both candidates and hiring teams through our hiring process. Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure automation for mission-critical law enforcement systems. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will drive the development of a next-generation infrastructure provisioning and automation platform. This platform empowers engineering teams to self-serve cloud infrastructure, safely and efficiently, while reducing manual effort and operational risk.
You will have a direct, hands-on impact by building and evolving systems that use automation and intelligent agents to generate, validate, test, and operate infrastructure at scale. We are looking for an engineer with a strong software development background, fluency in languages such as Go or Python, and deep experience designing and operating cloud platforms, who is motivated to improve developer velocity, reliability, and platform resilience.

As Principal Product Manager for International at Dedrone, you will lead the product strategy, localization, and go-to-market execution for Dedrone's expanding international business. This is a senior leadership role that bridges product, business development, and delivery — ensuring that Dedrone's counter-drone solutions meet the unique regulatory, operational, and market requirements of customers across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and beyond. You will be the voice of the international customer within the product organization, shaping roadmap priorities, driving partnerships, and ensuring successful deployments in diverse and complex operating environments. The ideal candidate combines broad product management experience across both hardware and software with strong business acumen, cultural fluency, and the ability to navigate international defense and commercial markets. Your Impact
As a Senior Software Engineer II in Forensic Intelligence, you'll use your deep technical skills and knowledge to shape the architecture and technical direction for the systems that enable public safety agencies to investigate, analyse, and trust video evidence at scale. You'll drive initiatives spanning media processing pipelines, browser-native forensic tools, and enabling novel video formats to be playable on our platform. As a Senior Software Engineer on Dedrone’s Infrastructure Services team, you will design, build, and evolve the core systems that power both our developer platform and key backend services. You will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with deep infrastructure expertise to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, and secure. This role goes beyond operating infrastructure—you will build production-grade backend services, design cloud-native systems, and own the CI/CD and runtime environments that support our product ecosystem. You will influence engineering standards, developer experience, and architectural direction across Dedrone’s product teams.
