Location: We are hiring in all Axon hub sites (Boston, Atlanta, New York City, Seattle, Sterling, and Scottsdale). When staff is not traveling, they are expected to be in the office at least 1 day a week.

As a Technical Program Manager II at Axon, you will help deliver complex enterprise deployments for our Strategic Enterprise customers. You’ll partner with customers, product, engineering, and delivery teams to coordinate programs from planning through deployment and adoption—ensuring successful execution and strong customer outcomes.
This role operates in fast-paced, customer-facing environments where priorities may shift and collaboration is critical. You’ll help bring structure to complex programs, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams while balancing customer needs with product and operational realities.
Success in this role comes from strong execution, effective communication, and a willingness to learn and grow in high-impact environments. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating across teams, and delivering technology that makes a real-world impact, this role is for you.

Your Impact
AXON is seeking a high-energy, experienced Technical Support Engineer with expertise in customer service, computer networking, cloud solutions, Linux systems administration. This individual will play an instrumental role in supporting critical and escalated issues. We need a self-starter who excels in a high-paced, evangelistic startup environment, focusing on law enforcement, and thrives on resolving technical issues.

Location - This role is based out of our Atlanta, Seattle, or Boston office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support both our Sales and Finance teams. This is a highly visible role where you’ll play a key part in structuring complex deals and ensuring a seamless customer experience. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do next, but also values collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that works cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable. You'll receive training, mentorship, and resources — and in turn, we’ll count on you to take ownership of your work, drive things forward, and proactively solve problems as they come up.

This role is based out of any of our offices and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
