As a Manager, Solutions Architects, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering technical excellence in solution architecture across Axon’s Real-Time Operations (RTO) offerings. Partnering closely with the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll implement and scale high-quality solution design processes while providing strategic support for mission-critical, customer-facing engagements.
You will spend approximately 80% of your time leading the team and managing project delivery across your group, and 20% supporting complex or unique client engagements with technical depth, particularly in emerging or highly integrated deployments.
Location: Remote. 30% travel required.

As a Priority Support Engineer, you’re not just resolving technical issues — you’re a trusted advisor and escalation authority for Axon’s most critical customers. You’ll have the autonomy to assess complex, high-impact cases, make real-time decisions to stabilize customer operations, and drive cross-functional efforts that shape how Axon delivers world-class support.
You’ll act as the bridge between frontline support, higher support tiers, engineering, and product teams — using your technical acumen and customer insight to influence product improvements, operational workflows, and service-level strategies. Your independent judgment and ownership mindset will directly impact customer trust, product adoption, and Axon’s brand reputation in the field.
This role offers high ownership and autonomy. Engineers are trusted to make informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, prioritize high-value work, and serve as technical SMEs for Axon’s most strategic customers. Candidates must be sharp, adaptable, and unstoppable: capable of navigating high-pressure environments with confidence and clarity.

Axon is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Technical Sustainment Manager to drive customer satisfaction, product enablement, and feature adoption throughout the Records Management System (RMS) deployment lifecycle. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate scoping so we sign customers with confidence, and they continue to thrive on Records after they graduate from their dedicated Technical Account Managers. You will drive feature enablement, promote customer adoption, and lead sustainment initiatives that extend well beyond go-live through structured training, quality assurance, and advanced escalation support.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of cross-functional leadership, with hands-on experience in program management, technical enablement of SaaS products, training strategy, and customer success across complex enterprise solutions. Success in this role requires a long-term mindset—focusing on full product utilization, value realization, and continuous learning for our customers.

As a Senior Technical Sustainment Manager focused on customer enablement, you will own a portfolio of law enforcement agencies who have completed their initial RMS implementation, and have achieved sustained adoption with their initial build. Your mission is to ensure these agencies continue to realize value from their investment by supporting post-deployment growth, driving sustained feature adoption, and serving as their strategic technical partner. You will bridge the gap between initial go-live and long-term operational maturity, ensuring they evolve and expand their usage of RMS in parallel with their operations. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 141,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 225,600 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors. Your Impact

You will help drive business requirements to deliver enabling technologies that ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection based on Axon’s contracts and orders. Your mission will be to develop and deliver best practices to support improved cash collections and reduced bad debts.
You will help lead various data standards initiatives, including customer master data, customer contracts, and accounts receivable details, working closely with Finance, Sales Operations and IT business partners. You will help deliver new policies or policy updates and process documentation where needed.
You will lead a team of credit and collections professionals, providing leadership over an organization of approximately 20 employees. This position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations. As ITAR Compliance Director, you will oversee Axon’s International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) program. Particular focus will be with Axon’s existing defense article programs with its Dedrone product line and future Federal R&D involving defense articles. Your role will help to implement an overarching program for Axon with longer term maintenance and oversight.

As a member of our Global Security Operations Center, you will report directly to the Global Security Manager. You will assist in the responsibility for overseeing team members during a designated shift. Your Impact

Axon is seeking a skilled and motivated Professional Services Manager, Outpost to support the deployment of our advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology for public safety and government agencies. This role combines hands-on fieldwork, coordination with internal teams, and interaction with external partners to ensure high-quality installations that help protect communities.
You'll contribute to multi-site deployments, working alongside project leads and vendors to deliver reliable and efficient installations that meet Axon's quality, safety, and performance standards.

Your Impact
As the Enterprise SDR Manager at Axon, you will build and lead a high-performing Sales Development organization responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our enterprise sales teams. This role sits at the center of our top-of-funnel engine and plays a critical part in how Axon introduces its mission, products, and platform to new customers.
You will design and execute the strategy that drives consistent, scalable pipeline creation across enterprise segments. By partnering closely with Marketing and Sales leadership, you will ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and lead management while establishing the systems and processes that enable SDRs to operate at a high level.
You will treat enablement and process as products: documented, measurable, and continuously improved. Through coaching, experimentation, and data-driven management, you will help build a disciplined outbound motion that improves connection rates, qualification quality, and conversion to revenue.
This role requires a leader who leads from the front, holds a high bar for performance, and builds repeatable systems that allow a lean team to produce outsized results.
