Location: This role is based out of our Boston, MA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Reports to: VP, Fixed Operations
Travel expectation: 25% for on‑site demos, trainings, conferences, and roadshows (as needed)
As a Specialist Account Executive, you’ll be the go‑to product expert for all things ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition)—centered on our groundbreaking camera solutions and its related software workflows. You’ll support the entire East Small City inside sales team (~40 reps) by delivering high‑impact demos, helping scope and build accurate quotes, and answering customer questions so our reps can confidently close Outpost/Lightpost‑specific opportunities. Your work will directly accelerate pipeline velocity and deal quality for Axon’s ALPR product line.

As an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions), you will partner closely with the Key Account Leader to drive complex, high-impact engagements with law enforcement agencies, helping them deploy drone, counter-drone, and Drone as First Responder (DFR) solutions. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior public safety leaders while managing critical partner relationships—including Axon’s Skydio partnership—to deliver integrated, real-time operational outcomes. This role offers significant autonomy and cross-functional influence as you help scale one of Axon’s most strategic public safety initiatives.
Location: Remote in territory, must live within 1 hour of a major airport

As an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions), you will partner closely with the Key Account Leader to drive complex, high-impact engagements with law enforcement agencies, helping them deploy drone, counter-drone, and Drone as First Responder (DFR) solutions. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior public safety leaders while managing critical partner relationships—including Axon’s Skydio partnership—to deliver integrated, real-time operational outcomes. This role offers significant autonomy and cross-functional influence as you help scale one of Axon’s most strategic public safety initiatives.
