The Talent Development partner is responsible for assisting the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Development in creating, implementing, and championing a culture of learning at all levels of the organization. This role will also be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the talent development programs to align Axogen’s workforce with strategic imperatives and initiatives. This role has specific responsibilities around the onboarding of new employees. This role is part of an agile Human Resources team and will be a learning design and delivery SME on the team working closely with their counterparts to deliver needed solutions to individuals, teams and organization wide.

• Responsible for overseeing the new employee initial onboarding experience and supporting hiring leaders with tools and guidance for successful onboarding
• Maintains the program materials and facilitates new employee orientation and other onboarding programs
• Partner with peers and leaders as SMES in the instructional design process

Job Summary of the Director, Market Development

The Director, Market Development reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is a senior leader within the Commercial organization. The role owns and leads development of the market development strategy for their respective market that accelerates growth across priority segments and ensure fulfilment of Axogen’s mission and business purpose. Job Summary of the Clinical Study Manager

The Clinical Study Manager (CSM) is accountable for the end‑to‑end operational leadership of an Axogen‑sponsored randomized controlled trial (RCT) and other complex prospective clinical studies conducted in highly regulated environments, including biologics, combination products, and medical devices. This role is intended for a highly experienced clinical operations professional who can independently own study execution, serve as the operational authority for an assigned trial, and act as a role model for CRAs, vendors, and cross‑functional partners. The CSM is responsible for ensuring exceptional execution quality, data integrity, and inspection readiness while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). 

Requirements of the Clinical Study Manager

Job Summary of the Clinical Data Manager

The Clinical Data Manager performs hands-on clinical data management activities across Axogen’s clinical studies, with primary responsibility for supporting study start-up activities, overseeing data collection, performing data cleaning, and conducting ongoing data review to ensure adherence to study protocols. This role is accountable for maintaining accurate, complete, and inspection-ready clinical data from study start-up through database lock.

• 3–6+ years of hands-on clinical data management experience in a medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
• Experience performing data cleaning, query management, ongoing data review, and reconciliation activities
• Experience working in an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system required; experience with Veeva EDC preferred
