About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Technical Writer with leadership capabilities to manage documentation initiatives across product lines, drive process excellence, mentor writers, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Release teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in technical content development, hands-on expertise with documentation tools and automation platforms, and an ability to leverage AI-driven content acceleration to scale the documentation function.

This role requires someone who can balance hands-on writing, people management, and strategic enablement, ensuring documentation is accurate, consistent, discoverable, and aligned with product vision.

Key Responsibilities: 

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead a team of technical writers, providing guidance on writing standards, structure, and best practices.
• Own end-to-end documentation strategy across multiple product lines (SaaS, on-prem).
• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineering Leads, and Release Managers to ensure timely, high-quality documentation.
• Define documentation processes, review templates, style guides, and standards for consistency.
• Support cross-functional initiatives such as onboarding experience, knowledge base development, and customer-facing documentation content.

Documentation & Technical Writing

• Create, review, and maintain high-quality technical content including product guides, Release Notes, KB articles etc
• Translate complex technical concepts (Networking, Cloud, Security, DevOps, Automation, etc.) into clear, simple, audience-appropriate documentation.
• Ensure content accuracy, readability, and alignment with product behavior and branding standards.
• Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online videos, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.
• Passion for continuous learning, AI enablement, and modern documentation practices.
• Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvement.

AI-Driven Documentation & Automation

• Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Writer, etc.) to accelerate drafting, content summarization, quality checks, and content reuse.
• Implement AI-assisted documentation workflows (content repurposing, translation, metadata tagging).
• Contribute to structured content frameworks and knowledge models to enable future AI-driven documentation.
• Evaluate documentation automation tools and propose improvements for scale, accuracy and consistency.

• Documentation tools: MadCap Flare, Confluence, DITA/XML systems, Oxygen XML Editor

Qualifications:

• Have expertise in Load Testing, Stress, Endurance, availability, capacity and resilience testing
• Expertise in Jmeter/Loadrunner scripting and preparing performance test reports
• Experience with kubernetes and micro services, log analysis
• Experience in Performance testing of SaaS applications in AWS with EKS
• Strong experience with commercial and open source code profiling tools (JProfiler, JVisualVM, JMC, etc.)
• Thread / Heap Dump Analysis
• Mongo DB monitoring, profiling and query tuning by looking into query execution plans.
• Good at Linux commands, OS monitoring commands and shell scripting
• Live monitoring tool expertise is preferred (Grafana, Influx DB, telegraf)
• Understands system scalability concepts and develops methodologies to validate system capabilities
• Experience in application architecture and design techniques and familiarity with data modeling

What will you be responsible for?

 Role in developing information systems by studying operations, designing, developing, and installing software solutions, while also supporting and collaborating with the software team.

• Participate in a full software development life cycle. If you are game for it, own an entire module.

What will you be responsible for?

Customer Success Manager play a key role in driving Customer onboarding, adoption of product and identifying new business opportunities for customers by being a customer advocate. As a CSM you work closely with customers to discover their business objectives/challenges and then coach them on how to use AppViewX to solve them. Part coach, project manager, product expert and Customer Success Manager are continually focused on helping our customers attain value through AppViewX.

• Onboarding
  • Work closely with Sales teams to help transition the account from Pre-Sales to the Customer Success Management
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators for Go-live.
  • Establish measurable criteria for success based on customer goals thereby building organizational alignment with Product Management/Onboarding/Services for Go-live.

• Adoption and Value Quantification:
  • Accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best ROI within the shortest time frame
  • Work closely with customer Champions/Economic Buyers including Director/Manager/Engineer Level stakeholders to drive value realization through Deliver Quarterly Business reviews and adoption workshops
  • Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between Product Management and Support
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations under the guidance of experienced
  • Be the customer's concierge, counsel and coach to achieving business outcomes and new goals are continuously set – and in the process generate referrals and advocates

• Customer Experience/Engagement

• • Integrate retention, adoption, user experience and happiness as part of every customer engagement
