What do we require?
- Hands-on experience in test planning, test design under proven test design techniques
- Possess knowledge and understanding in Crypto/PKI/Identity Security technology (preferable)
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Ability to set up/managing QA environments, debugging problems and ensuring builds are kept to high quality standards
- Write clean, reusable and scalable test code using languages like Java ,Python
- Continuously improve test coverage, test effectiveness and reliability of automation
- Oversees/guides in test case writing/execution, regression testing, performance and stress testing.
- Reporting all observed bugs and periodically conduct discussions with development team to understand technical specifications and project management team for functional specifications
- Monitors progress towards project plans and interventions as necessary. Analyses risk and quality metrics for multiple projects
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the design, which results in more concise/accurate test case suites as well as addressing missed requirements and/or potential design shortcomings
- Has passion for managing, developing and mentoring individuals, growing strong leads
- Be a customer advocate with a solid interest in improving the ways that our customers run their business
- Drive Test Automation efforts in the group, provide suggestions and take the ownership to deliver on time with the help of the team

Platform Manager QE – SaaS Platform
Location: Coimbatore / Bangalore

Our Platform Quality Engineering team partners closely with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Product Engineering to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and resilience under real-world workloads.
As a Platform Manager QE, you will focus on validating how the platform behaves at scale, ensuring multi-tenant SaaS stability, upgrade safety, and non-functional excellence as the platform evolves.
What will you be responsible for?
- Own end-to-end platform quality outcomes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and stability across SaaS and customer-hosted deployments
- Define and execute a platform quality strategy aligned to SaaS scale, multi-tenancy, and infrastructure evolution
- Drive non-functional quality leadership, including:
• Performance (P95/P99 latency, throughput)
• Scalability (load, stress, capacity limits)
• Reliability (failover, recovery, resilience)
• Chaos testing (node, network, dependency failures) - Validate platform behavior across:
• Kubernetes-based deployments
• Service mesh (Istio) and API gateway
• Core platform services (auth, async jobs, notifications, logging) - Ensure tenant isolation and noisy-neighbor impact validation in multi-tenant SaaS environments
- Own platform upgrade and deployment quality, including:
• Backward compatibility
• Data migration integrity
• Configuration drift across environments - Establish and govern continuous testing and QAOps practices for platform validation, including:
• Production-like environments
• CI/CD quality gates
• Observability-driven validation (logs, metrics, traces) - Drive platform-level automation strategy across API, performance, and resilience testing
- Provide platform readiness inputs to release certification, ensuring production-safe releases
- Analyze production incidents, performance degradations, and instability patterns, and drive preventive quality improvements
- Track and publish platform quality metrics (latency, stability, failure rates, incident trends) to guide engineering and leadership decisions
- Partner with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Product teams to identify and resolve systemic platform issues without impacting delivery velocity
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QE engineers focused on distributed systems, performance engineering, and reliability validation
- Influence architecture and design decisions to improve testability, scalability, and resilience outcomes
- Drive AI-assisted QE initiatives for performance analysis, anomaly detection, and intelligent regression optimization
What do we require? (Must Have)
- 10–14 years of experience in Quality Engineering with strong exposure to SaaS platforms and distributed systems
- Proven experience in non-functional testing:
performance, scalability, reliability, chaos engineering - Strong expertise in API and service-level automation (Python-based frameworks preferred)
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling, or similar)
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and service mesh (Istio)
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures and platform behavior under load
- Experience integrating quality practices into CI/CD pipelines and QA Ops workflows
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills for production-scale issues
- Experience working with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, tracing systems)
- Strong Linux systems knowledge and environment troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts (TLS, DNS, load balancing)
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate platform quality risks into business impact
What do we desire?
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and hyperscaler environments
- Exposure to chaos engineering frameworks and reliability validation tools
- Experience with contract testing and service-level validation strategies
- Familiarity with AI-driven test optimization, anomaly detection, or quality intelligence
- Strong understanding of high-availability systems and distributed system failure modes

Performance Engineer

What will you be responsible for?
This role is to measure, analyze and optimize performance of AppViewX products. 5+ years of experience as a performance test engineer. Technically strong to do a deep-dive analysis into problem areas and contribute to redesigns that
are faster, cleaner, and require less maintenance
What do we require?
- Have expertise in Load Testing, Stress, Endurance, availability, capacity and resilience testing
- Expertise in Jmeter/Loadrunner scripting and preparing performance test reports
- Experience with kubernetes and micro services, log analysis
- Experience in Performance testing of SaaS applications in AWS with EKS
- Strong experience with commercial and open source code profiling tools (JProfiler, JVisualVM, JMC, etc.)
- Thread / Heap Dump Analysis
- Mongo DB monitoring, profiling and query tuning by looking into query execution plans.
- Good at Linux commands, OS monitoring commands and shell scripting
- Live monitoring tool expertise is preferred (Grafana, Influx DB, telegraf)
- Understands system scalability concepts and develops methodologies to validate system capabilities
- Experience in application architecture and design techniques and familiarity with data modeling
What do we desire?
- Good experience on working with auto scalable applications. Should be able to analyze and propose right metrics to auto scale components in kubernetes
- UI profiling with fiddler and developer tools
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Hands on programming experience in Java or other common programming language
