Position Summary:

The role offers individual to work with the Global Services offshore development tea m, the individual is also expected to be expert in finalizing the approaches and solutions to the client for any of the use cases defined by the client, expect the individual to be good in any one of the industry followed estimation techniques, will have to work with cross functional teams within the organization and has to possess good team handling and collaboration skills, should be willing to learn python and invest time in learning new technologies, candidates with Network domain experiences are preferred. We majorly focus on agile model that is scalable and performance-based python development practices that helps in achieves the outcomes of our clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts and automation workflows for network infrastructure.
• Work on network automation use cases using Python and Ansible.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand automation requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Engage in customer-facing discussions and deliver on project commitments.
• Adapt quickly to changing project needs and priorities.
• Work closely with internal scrum teams for implementation, documentation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of quality and customer focus in all deliverables.

Primary Skillset:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Python automation.
• Proven experience in network automation.
• Good understanding of Ansible for automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with F5 is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with good interpersonal skills.
