As an Account Executive, you will be an early sales hire and have a critical role in growing an early-stage startup. You will work alongside the CEO and be responsible for expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and establishing trusted relationships with our customers.

Passage Health is a fast-growing start-up, on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through dynamic software solutions. The diagnosis rate for autism has skyrocketed in the last 10 years to 1 in 36 children. Those children will have to wait up to 1 year to receive therapy as service providers, hampered by antiquated technology, are struggling to meet surging demand. We are building a modern electronic medical record (EMR) that will revolutionize the $460B autism care market.
We are hiring a Community Marketer to be the face of Passage in the ABA community. This is a high-energy, externally-facing role for someone who genuinely loves the people who make up this industry — BCBAs, clinical directors, owner-operators, association leaders — and knows how to build real, lasting relationships with them.
You will represent Passage at the conferences and convenings where the ABA community shows up, plan and organize events that bring our customers and prospects together, and turn relationships into reputation. Your work will fuel pipeline, strengthen our brand, and ensure Passage is the name people in ABA mention first when the conversation turns to better software for autism care.
This role can be based remotely in the US or hybrid out of our NYC office, with travel up to ~25% of the time to conferences, customer sites, and Passage offsites.

About the Role
We're hiring a Founding Recruiter to be the architect of how Passage hires the team that will define our next chapter. As Passage’s first dedicated People hire, you will own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, build the recruiting engine that lets us scale, and partner with hiring managers across the company.
You will run full-cycle recruiting across the company — engineering, product, GTM, and operations — and build the recruiting engine that lets us scale. Technical recruiting is a core competency we expect you to bring on day one: you'll partner with our CTO on engineering hires, build active engineering pipelines, and earn credibility with technical interviewers. This is part recruiter, part culture-builder, and part trusted advisor to the leadership team — you will shape how candidates first experience Passage and play a real role in shaping the team and the culture we build.
You will report to the Head of Finance and partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and the broader leadership team. As a startup, everyone wears multiple hats, and you'll contribute to adjacent people operations work as it comes up. If that part of the work is interesting to you, there's room to grow into it over time.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an early sales hire and have a critical role in growing an early-stage startup. You will work alongside our Account Executives and be responsible for expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and establishing trusted relationships with our customers. This role will have the opportunity for fast promotion to Account Executive within 6-12 months.

As a Software Engineer you will take an active role in shaping early technology and product decisions, working directly with the co-founders and engineering team. We are looking for collaborative, pragmatic, and ambitious engineers who want to make a tremendous impact on providers and patients alike. You will take ownership and help shape many components across the stack: frontend applications for web and mobile, backend applications that serve API’s and process data, architecture, infrastructure, and more. You will help build out the engineering team and foster a collaborative team environment. You will have opportunities to learn and grow and achieve goals well beyond this job description. This position is NYC hybrid / remote.
