About You

AppDirect is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team as our company continues to expand rapidly. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to key business leaders, delivering key recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis to guide key business decisions. The role will also help drive and improve the delivery of key financial planning processes, including the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly close.

This is a highly visible role within a rapidly growing and dynamic business and will be exposed to all critical functions of the business, including the executive suite. The ideal candidate will come from an Investment Banking or Private Equity background with exceptional financial modeling capabilities and an ability to drive sustainable impact across the organization.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Revenue planning/forecasting for a key segment of the business;
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Drive and execute the development of the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and the close process;
• Business Partnering & Analytics: Be the business expert and financial advisor to key Provider Services division leaders in order to aid in business decision-making and strategic planning;
• Sales Business Planning: Drive business planning for our growth engine across different products and geographies;
• Systems & Process Building: Continuously improve reporting frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable financial guidance.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of Investment Banking or Private Equity experience;
• Advanced Financial Modeling Skills: Proven ability to build complex three-statement models, LBO models, DCF analyses, and merger models;
• Analytical Insight: Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and business judgment to uncover strategic insights and drive informed decision-making;
• Clear Communicator: Able to break down complex financial and strategic topics for a wide range of audiences—from board members to cross-functional partners—with clarity and confidence;
• Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment. You're resourceful, take initiative, and can move fluidly between high-level strategy and tactical execution;
• Detail-Oriented: Brings precision and attentiveness to all tasks, especially when working with financial data. Maintains a rigorous approach and upholds a high standard of accuracy;
• Growth-Oriented: Intellectually curious and always looking to learn. Seeks feedback, values continuous improvement, and is motivated to grow personally and professionally.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to key business leaders, delivering key recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis to guide key business decisions. The role will also help drive and improve the delivery of key financial planning processes, including the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly close.

This is a highly visible role within a rapidly growing and dynamic business and will be exposed to all critical functions of the business, including the executive suite. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with an analytical eye toward problem solving and have robust financial modeling experience with an ability to drive sustainable impact across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively cross-functionally, and have a high-level of attention to detail.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Revenue planning/forecasting for a key segment of the business;
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Drive and execute the development of the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and the close process;
• Business Partnering & Analytics: Be the business expert and financial advisor to key Provider Services division leaders in order to aid in business decision-making and strategic planning;
• Sales Business Planning: Drive business planning for our growth engine across different products and geographies;

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance;
• Experience in Technology industry, SaaS, or marketplace experience;
• Advanced Excel skills to develop insightful financial models and quantitative analysis, paired with critical thinking and sound business judgment;
• Experience with Anaplan (or similar FP&A Forecasting tool), Hubspot and Netsuite is a plus;
• Ability and desire to build key relationships with leadership in key areas and quickly to build strong & trusting finance business partner relationships. Goal of these partnerships is to support business segments with both achieving their goals and maintaining budgets while also finding ways for finance to enable the success of each function;
• Soft skills:  Ability to eloquently distill and communicate complex topics broadly to board members, front-line team members and everyone in between. You are proactive and have a positive attitude with a can-do, service-oriented mentality;
• Entrepreneurial: Self-starter with a high degree of ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and tend to blades of grass while not losing sight of the broader vision and opportunity.

AppDirecte est à la recherche d’un ou d’une Analyste financier/financière senior pour rejoindre son département stratégique des finances, dans un contexte où l’entreprise poursuit son expansion fulgurante. La personne occupant ce poste agit comme conseiller de confiance auprès de divers leaders fonctionnels et guide leurs décisions d’affaires en fournissant des rapports récurrents et ponctuels. Ce rôle est également impliqué dans la réalisation et l’amélioration de processus financiers importants, dont le plan annuel, les prévisions trimestrielles et la clôture mensuelle.

Il s’agit d’un rôle important et visible au sein d’une entreprise dynamique et en pleine croissance, où vous devrez interagir avec toutes les fonctions névralgiques de l’entreprise, y compris l’équipe de direction. Vous basez votre travail sur les données et vous possédez une approche analytique de la résolution de problèmes, en plus d’avoir une vaste expérience en modélisation financière et la capacité d’avoir un impact sur toute l’organisation. • Planification et prévision des revenus pour un segment clé de l’entreprise;
• Prévisions et budgets : Piloter et exécuter le développement du plan annuel, des prévisions trimestrielles et du processus de clôture de fin de mois;
• Expertise commerciale et analytique : Agir comme expert des questions commerciales et conseiller financier auprès de leaders du département de services aux fournisseurs afin de soutenir la prise de décisions et la planification stratégique;
• Planification des ventes : Piloter la planification commerciale pour notre moteur de croissance recoupant divers produits et emplacements géographiques;
• Développement de systèmes et de processus : Piloter l’amélioration continue de nos modèles, outils et processus de rapports pour favoriser la production de conseils financiers rapides, précis et applicables.

Compétences requises

• 3-5 années d’expérience en planification et analyse financières, en finances d’entreprise;
• Expérience dans l’industrie des technologies, des logiciels SaaS et des plateformes de vente B2B;
• Maîtrise avancée de MS Excel et capacité à développer des modèles financiers et des analyses quantitatives de haut niveau en combinant pensée critique et sens des affaires;
• Expérience avec Anaplan (ou un outil similaire de prévisions FP&A), Hubspot et Netsuite est un plus;
• Capacité et désir d'établir des relations clés avec divers dirigeants issus des domaines clés et d'établir rapidement des relations solides et de confiance avec les partenaires financiers. L’objectif de ces partenariats est de soutenir les efforts des divers segments de l’entreprise pour atteindre leurs objectifs et respecter leurs budgets tout en trouvant des moyens de contribuer à la réussite de chaque fonction;
