ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Telecommunications Infrastructure Analyst with a proven track record in IT infrastructure facility assessments and strategic planning. This role demands a strong ability to gather and evaluate comprehensive infrastructure requirements, including power, cooling, structured cabling, network capacity, and security. You will leverage your extensive experience to translate technical findings into actionable Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders and third-party design teams. Your deep understanding of corporate IT standards, security policies, and vendor-agnostic network technologies will be crucial in ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will establish and maintain the critical bridge between the Facilities organization and the external low-voltage design and integration vendors providing essential IT technical consultation to both parties to ensure successful technical outcomes.
Conduct site visits to assess infrastructure needs, including power, cooling, structured cabling, network capacity, and security.
Develop technical site plans in collaboration with third-party architects, low-voltage design firms, and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and security policies.
Gather comprehensive infrastructure requirements and conduct detailed evaluations.
Translate complex technical details into actionable SOWs.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide clear, concise, and opinionated guidance, and push back when necessary to ensure project alignment and success.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Network and/or Systems Infrastructure role.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure analysis, site build, and M&A assessments.
Proven experience in gathering and evaluating infrastructure requirements.
Strong ability to translate technical details into actionable SOWs.
Strong understanding of construction phases and analyzing construction drawings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of effectively working with diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of corporate IT standards and security policies.
Ability to conduct thorough site assessments (power, cooling, structured cabling, network capacity, security).
Experience working with third-party architects, low-voltage design firms, and engineering teams.
Extensive experience with vendor-agnostic network switching, wireless, and routing.
Experience with ticketing systems and managing a ticket queue.
Passion for technology and a team-focused attitude.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong documentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel for remote deployments when required.
Must be able and willing to lift 50 pounds.
Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Currently holds or can obtain a BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) Certification
Certification in project management or related fields.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with M&A processes and assessments.

US Salary Range

$129,000—$194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. ABOUT THE JOB

As a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Engineering, you will be a key leader shaping and executing the future of our IT infrastructure. You will drive complex, cross-functional programs from concept to delivery, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions. Through close partnership with business lines, you will define strategic roadmaps, while providing critical visibility to senior leadership on costs, demand, and project progress. This role demands a unique blend of deep technical insight and strong program management to deliver efficient and cost-effective infrastructure vital to the company’s growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional infrastructure programs and projects, from initiation and planning to execution, ensuring delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Partner with internal business lines to deeply understand their infrastructure needs, and collaboratively advocate and work towards building out scalable solutions with the infrastructure engineering team.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and financial models to ensure alignment between internal resources and third parties/vendors.
Identify and develop new internal processes and strategies to improve cross-functional team alignment and operational efficiency.
Proactively communicate the infrastructure engineering teams goals, progress, risks and blockers to both leadership and internal business lines.
Drive centralization of spend transparency (forecast vs actual) to provide a top down view of Infrastructure spend to enable decisions for prioritization & tradeoffs.
Produce various reports to provide visibility and performance measurement of Infrastructure spend that connects technology investments to business value
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with third parties/vendors, overseeing procurement and negotiation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure (e.g., networking, compute, storage, data centers, cloud infrastructure).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects and programs from inception to completion.
Experience with financial planning, modeling and management within an IT context, including cost transparency, show-back models, and unit cost analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external vendors.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

$166,000—$220,000 USD
