About the job
The Principal Customer Success Business Partner (CSBP) for our Technology, Media & Telco (TMT) vertical is primarily responsible for successful deployment, ensuring our customers are adopting our solutions, realizing value and identifying growth opportunities. Acting as a key contact for customers, the CSBP will work alongside our Sales, Professional Services and Partner teams to ensure that the customer is trained and has a successful implementation. As the primary customer contact the CSBP will handle critical issues and ensure customer satisfaction and value realization. Your primary objective will be to execute the overall company and Customer Success strategy to protect and defend the existing customer base, ensure customer value realization and unlock growth with existing customers.

Your Impact
Strategy & Program Management
You will partner with sales leadership to define enablement goals and set priorities through an annual strategic planning process, creating a co-owned roadmap for the year. This means overseeing programs from start to finish — building, deploying, and managing enablement initiatives that make a real impact. For all needs that fall outside this annual plan, you will guide stakeholders through our global intake process. You will be developing consistent processes for onboarding and continuous development workshops (both virtual and in-person). Importantly, you will champion the values of the enablement team, setting high standards and representing our brand across the business.
Content & Training
You will create, edit, and refine content that helps sales teams move deals forward — from case studies to buyer personas — while maintaining an up-to-date, accessible content library and delivering engaging training that equips the team with the tools, materials, and product updates they need to succeed
Collaboration & Coaching
You will act as the bridge between sales and cross-functional teams, with a primary focus on empowering and equipping their managers to become elite coaches by helping them facilitate post-call debriefs and foster a team culture of continuous learning.
Performance & Improvement
You will track the adoption and effectiveness of content and programs by updating the GTM Enablement dashboard with key metrics, collect feedback from the sales team to refine programs for maximum impact, report insights and survey results to stakeholders, and manage ad-hoc requests to ensure the sales team is always fully supported.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within Anaplan's IT Customer Experience organization and is focused on transforming how Anaplan employees work. You will design, build, and scale AI tools, agents, and capabilities that drive productivity, smarter decision-making, and operational efficiency across our global workforce.
Anaplan is building its Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (COE) — a one-stop shop for all internal AI at Anaplan — and is looking for an AI Principal Architect to lead it from a technical standpoint. This is a senior, newly created role at the intersection of hands-on enterprise AI engineering, internal system architecture, technical leadership, and workforce enablement.
The AI Principal Architect will own the technical vision for Anaplan's internal AI — designing the reference architecture for LLMs, agentic AI, and Gemini Enterprise; setting engineering standards; evaluating emerging platforms; and ensuring every employee-facing initiative is built with rigor, scalability, and responsible design.
This role carries a hybrid profile: deep individual technical contribution combined with team leadership influence. You will mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, serve as the primary technical escalation point, and contribute a forward-looking perspective to the 2–3 year AI technology roadmap — without necessarily holding formal management authority over all contributors.
You will report directly to the Director, IT Customer Experience, who co-leads the Enterprise AI COE alongside the Financial Flexibility Lead and a GTM Champion as a 3-in-a-box. You will collaborate closely with Technical/Engineering teams (dotted-line, for agent development and delivery) and the Transformation & Financial Flexibility team (to identify AI-driven cost-saving opportunities).

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within Anaplan's IT Customer Experience organization and is focused on transforming how Anaplan employees work. You will design, build, and scale AI tools, agents, and capabilities that drive productivity, smarter decision-making, and operational efficiency across our global workforce.
Anaplan is building its Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (COE) — a one-stop shop for all internal AI at Anaplan — and is looking for an AI Principal Architect to lead it from a technical standpoint. This is a senior, newly created role at the intersection of hands-on enterprise AI engineering, internal system architecture, technical leadership, and workforce enablement.
The AI Principal Architect will own the technical vision for Anaplan's internal AI — designing the reference architecture for LLMs, agentic AI, and Gemini Enterprise; setting engineering standards; evaluating emerging platforms; and ensuring every employee-facing initiative is built with rigor, scalability, and responsible design.
This role carries a hybrid profile: deep individual technical contribution combined with team leadership influence. You will mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, serve as the primary technical escalation point, and contribute a forward-looking perspective to the 2–3 year AI technology roadmap — without necessarily holding formal management authority over all contributors.
You will report directly to the Director, IT Customer Experience, who co-leads the Enterprise AI COE alongside the Financial Flexibility Lead and a GTM Champion as a 3-in-a-box. You will collaborate closely with Technical/Engineering teams (dotted-line, for agent development and delivery) and the Transformation & Financial Flexibility team (to identify AI-driven cost-saving opportunities).

Anaplan seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to join our accounting team. We are looking for someone with strong technical accounting skills, who is a great collaborator, and is passionate about delivering quality results and driving continual improvement in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The role will report to the Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting and lead complex accounting matters, as well as play a key role in understanding and adopting new accounting standards. The role will partner with cross-functional team leads, including revenue operations, corporate accounting, legal, finance, treasury, and other subject matter experts and leaders within the Company. Anaplan is hiring an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE focusing on selling into the Office of the CFO (Financial Consolidation, Planning and Reporting). In this role, you will take your proven track record of selling sophisticated technology solutions and account management and sell an incredibly versatile platform. Our sales team is helping industry leaders understand the impact of Anaplan products and how our connected planning solution is ending siloed decision-making. You will help our customers achieve their immediate business goals while setting their businesses up for the future.
This role will be a catalyst for Anaplan’s continued growth while leading digital transformation. Reporting directly to the GTM Head, you will support sales activity in a defined geographic territory, mostly greenfield accounts with several existing Anaplan customers. This type of territory requires someone to further build our footprint by hunting and locking in new logo accounts as well as rapidly growing opportunities within the current customer base.
Your Impact
- Engaging with the Office of the CFO and organizations prospects to identify broken business processes and position Anaplan’s unique ability to solve the problem.
- Build Anaplan’s business value throughout the selling engagement.
- Conduct highly effective presentations from the Director through SVP and key C-suite level decision makers including CFOs, Controllers, and senior leaders in the Office of Finance.
- Develop customers and own opportunity management start-to-finish across multiple customer targets and functions
- Apply Anaplan’s value-based selling methodology and tools to run sales processes and accurately forecast business
- Employ outstanding account leadership skills to identify account expansion opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted accounts
- Work with cross-functional members of Sales Development Reps, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and the Customer Success teams
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience into Fortune 2000 companies, ideally in SaaS solutions (but not required)
- Shown success selling into Vice President / Senior Vice President and C-level buyers
- History of overachieving sales quota & targets, including demonstrated history of multiple high six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals (services and/or software)
- Demonstrated network in your industry territory, with a mix of some customers and implementation partners
- Domain understanding (Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning & Sales) and knowledge of how these functions plan, process work and make decisions
- Strong, demonstrated opportunity management practices (e.g. sales process, qualification, executive presentation skills, quote presentation, and negotiation), and ability to balance multiple (3-5) opportunities at once
- Business, Finance, Economics, related BS/BA degree or relevant years of experience
- Demonstrated experience selling into technology, media, and/or telecommunication accounts
- Demonstrated understanding of the pressing business challenges faced by technology, media, and telecommunication organizations today.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SFDC, Marketo, and Engagio a plus
Account Planning experience, MEDDPICC and Challenger selling- Experience selling SaaS solutions into Telco, Media, or Technology organizations or adjacent industries
