THE ROLE

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, highly analytical and skilled Ingredient Planner to provide temporary contract support to our Supply Chain Finance team. This is a 100% remote role based in Ireland and is a full-time contract role for up to 9 months.

This role plays a crucial part in planning to ensure the efficient levels and flow of ingredients and raw materials for the manufacturing process for all AG1 products. This position is responsible for forecasting ingredient needs, coordinating with suppliers and co-manufacturers, maintaining inventory levels in partnership with the planning team, and ensuring that production has the necessary resources to meet customer demand. This role works closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and external suppliers to optimize supply chain operations and avoid material shortages or excess inventory.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Finance this position will drive accountability with our co-manufacturers and suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a background in forecasting, supply chain planning, and cross-functional collaboration. As this position supports our fast-paced global supply chain initiatives, you must be solution oriented, collaborative and resourceful in shaping recommendations that will better position our ingredient supply, and set our business up for success as we grow and scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Ingredient Planning

• Develop and maintain accurate ingredient forecasts based on production schedules across multiple co-manufacturers globally, purchase orders, and ingredient inventory on hand.
• Create and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) reports to determine material needs and inventory requirements.
• Plan for and manage material supply to meet production goals while minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. 
• Participate in the S&OP process by providing insights on ingredient inventory to support forecasted demand

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels at our co-manufacturers and identify gaps or risks to ensure adequate supply without excessive surplus.
• Work with the co-manufacturers to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Support ingredient replenishment and confirm safety stock levels as needed.

Supplier Coordination:

• Collaborate with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating lead times and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Address any supply chain disruptions, delays, or issues to maintain smooth production.

Manufacturing Support:

• Provide manufacturing teams with material availability updates and ensure ingredients are ready for use in production processes.
• Work closely with production schedules to align material deliveries with production timelines.
• Address material shortages or overages and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze ingredient usage, forecast accuracy, and lead times to improve planning accuracy.
• Prepare reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) on ingredient availability, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance ingredient flow efficiency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of professional experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain finance roles in a manufacturing or production environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (Netsuite experience is preferred, or SAP, Oracle, or other relevant software).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and inventory management best practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting and planning.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
• You have a no-compromises approach to the quality of your work and are a team player.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting.
• You are knowledgeable in all things MS Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with consumer products in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer and/or CPG a plus.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team on an 8-month contract, working full-time. This role will play a critical part in maintaining data integrity across our fulfillment network and supporting the systems that connect AG1 with our global third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

Working closely with the Supply Chain team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will act as a key operational link between our technology stack and physical fulfillment processes. You’ll help ensure accurate product data, investigate system discrepancies, support strategic operational projects, and deliver analytics that enable scalable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Systems & Data Integrity

• Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for data synchronization issues between AG1 systems and our 3PL partners.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical fulfillment activity.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure our technology stack and fulfillment operations remain aligned.

SKU Lifecycle Management

• Own SKU data integrity across operational systems and partner platforms.
• Ensure product data accuracy throughout the SKU lifecycle, from setup through fulfillment.
• Partner closely with the Planning team to manage product catalog changes and supply chain complexities.

Project Support

• Act as a Fulfillment & Distribution (F&D) subject matter expert, partnering with the Logistics Manager on cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Provide data, insights, and operational context to support projects aimed at scaling AG1’s fulfillment capabilities.

3PL Performance & Audit

• Monitor and review 3PL performance beyond standard KPIs, ensuring operational accountability.
• Conduct invoice audits, including review of credits and chargebacks.
• Support on-site process audits when required and maintain operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partner compliance.

Advanced Analytics

• Utilize NetSuite and BI tools to generate operational reports and dashboards for AG1 leadership.
• Analyze fulfillment data to identify systemic improvements, operational efficiencies, and ROI opportunities for future projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics operations, or fulfillment analytics, ideally within eCommerce or high-growth consumer goods environments.
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Experience working with 3PL partners and fulfillment networks, including performance monitoring and operational coordination.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot system discrepancies, and improve data integrity across systems.
• Familiarity with SKU lifecycle management, product data governance, and supply chain system integrations.
• Experience reviewing logistics invoices, credits, and chargebacks is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with operations, planning, finance, and technology teams.
