Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000

Adswerve is seeking a commercially driven Client Success Director to serve as a Strategic Architect and Growth Lead of a dedicated pod of Client Success Managers. In this role, you aren’t just leading a portfolio; you are the primary architect of revenue growth and customer expansion. Your goal is to guide your team to translate technical wins into compelling business outcomes, pushing them to identify risks earlier and to engineer growth beyond the standard renewal cycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-centric, and possesses the emotional intelligence to lead and coach your team to develop complex data into narratives that resonate with non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Growth & Pipeline Engineering

• Direct Ownership of Growth: Own the commercial roadmap and revenue growth targets for a dedicated pod of high-priority Brand accounts.
• Pipeline Hygiene: Lead pod syncs (Weekly Opp Stand-Ups) to dive into open opportunities and ensure the accuracy of the weighted pipeline.
• White-Space Identification: Partner with Sales/Solutions Engineers to identify upsell triggers for new AdTech/MarTech products and advanced service offerings.
• Sales Narrative Curation: Create and deliver business reviews and pitch decks that move beyond metrics to demonstrate ROI.

Executive Architecture & Relationship Strategy

• C-Suite Stewardship: Build and map resilient relationships with VP and C-Level stakeholders for key customers, positioning Adswerve as a primary partner in the client’s digital maturity journey.
• Executive Sponsorship: Serve as the Executive Sponsor on at-risk accounts and engage directly with senior stakeholders to rebuild confidence and articulate value.
• Narrative Excellence: Elevate the Adswerve Story by coaching your team to move beyond tactical metrics toward financial outcomes and ROI-driven narratives.

Commercial Leadership & Negotiation

• High-Stakes Negotiation: Personally lead complex, multi-year, or significant uplift contract renewals and pricing negotiations to ensure profitability and mutual value.
• Integrated Solutions Consulting: Guide the team in moving fluidly between Programmatic, Paid Search, and Cloud/Analytics conversations to maximize "share of wallet".
• Market Intelligence: Bring an "Outside-In" perspective by sharing industry trends and competitor intelligence to show clients how peers are leveraging new tech and AI.

Trench Mentorship & Operational Scaling

• Coach by Doing: Join high-stakes pitches, Business Reviews, and client presentations to model elite sales behaviors and upskill pod members through direct observation and guided autonomy.
• Voice to Leadership: Aggregate front-line Intelligence on service gaps or product needs and communicate them to Executive Leadership to influence the Adswerve roadmap.
• Process Architecture: Improve client engagement models and internal processes to streamline delivery and increase the quality of work across departments.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, consultancy, or ad-tech, with a strict focus on client success, revenue retention, and business development.
• Proven history of hitting or exceeding growth and retention targets on a personal book of business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Commercial understanding and experience selling at least two of the following:
• Programmatic/Media: (DV360, TTD, SA360, Amazon, Social).
• Analytics: (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Data Science/Cloud: (MMM, Propensity modeling, etc.).
• Experience selling or consulting on Cloud-based solutions or Advanced Analytics projects is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive revenue growth (upselling/cross-selling).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn data into a narrative that resonates with non-technical executive audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead clients through industry changes (e.g., privacy changes, cookie deprecation, etc.).

This position pays a base salary of $115,000 to $135,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance. Wage differential is based on training and experience.

In this role, you are responsible for the commercial health, long-term retention, and organic growth of valuable Adobe enterprise accounts.

We are seeking a highly organized, client-centric leader who can translate complex technical wins into impactful business results. You will act as the strategic client partner, crafting compelling narratives for the C-suite, supporting high-stakes negotiations, and ensuring – through our platforms and solutions – that we are viewed as an indispensable business partner rather than a line-item vendor.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Growth & Commercial Leadership

• Commercial Growth Strategy: Identify and bridge the gap between a client’s current state and their "North Star" goals, creating a natural path for upsell and cross-sell of the Adobe stack.
• Strategic Roadmap Governance: Partner with the Product and/or Transformation Leads to deliver high-level strategic workshops that align the client’s business transformation goals with Adobe’s product evolution & Adswerve’s Digital Experience solutions.
• Narrative Excellence: Elevate the Adswerve Story by moving beyond metrics. In partnership with the Product & Transformation Leads, you will lead the creation of client roadmaps, business reviews, and pitch decks, ensuring each narrative is curated to demonstrate value tied to business objectives, turning technical milestones into financial outcomes.
• Deal Architect & Closer: Close on high-stakes renewals and upsells. You will lead complex pricing negotiations to ensure both profitability and long-term mutual value.
• Portfolio Intelligence & Executive Reporting: Act as the primary source of truth for Adswerve leadership regarding your book of business. You aggregate updates and provide high-level strategic insights on revenue trends, churn risks, and expansion velocity, enabling informed board-level and executive decision-making.

Client Partnership & Consulting Strategy

• Executive Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain resilient relationships with senior client stakeholders (including VP/C-Level); Map complex enterprise organizations to find new budget owners and stakeholders across different business units.
• Integrated Solutions Consulting: Speak confidently to Adswerve’s Analytics & Personalization solutions, and be able identify potential opportunities for Cloud & Programmatic Media as well, bringing in SMEs to further those conversations. Guide clients on the 'People and Process' shifts required to maximize their Adobe investment.
• Orchestration: Act as the "General Manager" of the account, coordinating between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a unified front to the customer when challenges, roadblocks, or opportunities arise.
• Strategic Partner Liaison: Manage high-level relationships with key partners (such as Adobe), advocating for your clients to unlock beta opportunities and advanced support, and collaborating to drive “create” and “co sell” opportunities for Adswerve.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Management Consulting, or Strategic Sales within the SaaS ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Proven history of hitting or exceeding growth and retention targets on a personal book of business.
• A strong conceptual understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform (Customer Journey Analytics, RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer) ecosystem and how it integrates into the broader MarTech/AdTech landscape.
• Experience selling or consulting on Programmatic/Media (DV360, TTD, SA360, Amazon, Social) and/or Data Science/Cloud (MMM, Propensity modeling, etc.) is a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive revenue growth (upselling/cross-selling).
