The Role

Addepar is seeking a high-energy, process-oriented Business Development Lead to act as a strategic architect for our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth Fintech leader during a pivotal GTM evolution.

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will not only lead a high-performing pod of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) but will also serve as a critical bridge across our meshed Account Executive and Account Management organizations. You will be responsible for defining the "new standard" of how prospecting integrates into a full-cycle sales motion, ensuring our BDR team remains the primary engine for net-new opportunity generation.

This role is ideal for a "Rising Star" who thrives on influence, data-driven coaching, and the challenge of aligning diverse sales functions under a unified growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

• GTM Architecture: Partner with Sales and Strategy leadership to define and refine the workflows that connect prospecting efforts with our meshed AE/AM pods.
• Operational Excellence: Act as a "Process Hawk" within Salesforce to establish and enforce the terminology, activity standards, and data rigor required for a world-class GTM engine.
• Strategic Enablement: Serve as a linguistic and tactical bridge; you will empower BDRs to share their prospecting expertise with senior cross-functional partners to drive net-new business.
• Pod Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and optimize a high-output pod of BDRs, taking direct ownership of their career development and pipeline contribution.
• Data-Driven Culture: Obsess over metrics and dashboards to provide GTM leadership with a "Source of Truth" regarding territory health and prospecting efficiency.

Who You Are

• 4-6+ years of experience in leading and managing large teams, high-growth SaaS BDR/SDR function at scale, with a proven track record as a top individual contributor followed by successful leadership or mentorship experience.
•  The "Linguistic Bridge": You have a natural ability to translate complex prospecting tactics into strategic value for senior stakeholders and seasoned sales professionals.
• Salesforce Power User: You don't just use CRM; you use it to coach. You are comfortable building your own reports and auditing data to find gaps in the sales cycle.
• Influence without Authority: You have a demonstrated ability to influence peers and senior colleagues to adopt new processes and standards.
• Fintech DNA: Experience in or a deep curiosity for wealth management, private banking, or complex financial services is highly preferred.

The Role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) provides high-impact, strategic administrative support at a late-stage, pre-IPO company. As the CRO’s primary partner, you will play a critical role in managing executive priorities, coordinating complex client-facing schedules, and ensuring effective communication across a rapidly evolving global organisation.

This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance technical administrative excellence with a high degree of "client-first" emotional intelligence. You will serve as a trusted liaison between the CRO and internal teams, global clients, and external partners, acting as a force multiplier for the CRO’s leadership and impact.

You will maximise the effectiveness, leverage, and operating cadence of the CRO by managing priorities, orchestrating global stakeholder engagement, and ensuring flawless execution across internal and external commitments.

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. It is an opportunity to operate at the heart of a high-growth global revenue organisation spanning enterprise clients, board-level stakeholders, and cross-functional executive leadership.

What You’ll Own

Executive Leverage & Prioritisation

• Own the CRO’s calendar as a strategic asset, ensuring time is allocated to the highest-value opportunities, decisions, and relationships.
• Anticipate competing priorities and proactively optimise schedules, focus time, and travel.

Global Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted point of coordination between the CRO and senior internal leaders, customers, investors, and board stakeholders.
• Ensure communication is timely, polished, and aligned.

Revenue Operating Rhythm

• Help run the cadence of the global revenue organisation, including leadership meetings, QBRs, pipeline reviews, planning sessions, and offsites.
• Track decisions, actions, and accountability through to completion.

Executive Communications

• Prepare high-quality briefs, presentations, talking points, and meeting materials for internal leadership, clients, and board audiences.
• Use AI tools and productivity platforms to increase speed and quality.

Travel & Global Execution

• Manage complex international travel across multiple regions with precision, efficiency, and contingency planning.

Special Projects

• Lead high-priority initiatives from the Office of the CRO, improving processes, decision velocity, and organisational effectiveness.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience supporting C-suite leaders, preferably in a high-growth, late-stage startup, finance, or client-facing environment.
• Adaptable: Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environments with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
• Communication Pro: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at working with various personality types and leadership styles.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple assignments and change direction quickly.
• Tech-Savvy: AI adopter and willingness to learn.  Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Zoom, and ideally Salesforce or similar CRM tools. 
• Strategically Minded: Demonstrated sound judgement and executive presence, with the ability to influence and "push back" thoughtfully when necessary.
• Collaborative: A team player who enjoys building community and working across international time zones to support a global mission.

The Role

Addepar is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Business Development & Sales organisation in London. Working very closely with Sales and key partners, BDRs are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within assigned account territories and segments. This is an exciting opportunity to generate new business opportunities and continue to fuel our growth across the wealth management, family office, private banking, and global investment management market segments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance and disruptive technology; have a sound eye for business and natural sales instincts; and be an eager, highly motivated, and tenacious self-starter.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business opportunities to continue to fuel Addepar’s growth in our new London office
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists and account plans within a defined territory
• Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. strategic calling, sending emails, adding contacts, etc)
• Conduct high level discovery conversations and meetings with prospect accounts. 
• Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities to present to the Account Executives

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound SaaS prospecting roles (fintech or financial services experience a plus)
• Knowledge of private banking, wealth management prospecting a plus
• Strong work ethic, upbeat, proactive, standout colleague 
• Excellent problem solving, communication, organisation and time management skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new demands
• Assertiveness, and a “company first” mentality
• Professional fluency in English, French, German, and Spanish is a plus
• Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce Engage is a plus
