Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST 
Work Location: Royapettah, Chennai  

Role Overview: 

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, equally supporting Acurus Solutions (India) and Akido (US) based hiring initiatives. This role will act as a strategic partner in building a strong talent pipeline, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and achieving the organization’s hiring objectives across both geographies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. AcurusSolutions (India Recruitment) (Shift Time: 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm) 

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening 

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies. 

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements for various functions. 

1. Stakeholder Coordination 

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate persona, and timelines. 

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and ensure timely feedback. 

1. Candidate Management 

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 

• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-boarding processes. 

1. Recruitment Reporting 

• Maintain and update Greenhouse (ATS) and recruitment trackers. 

• Highlight bottlenecks or delays in hiring to the recruitment manager. 

1. Employer Branding 

• Support employer branding activities, including job fairs, online campaigns, and employee referral programs. 

1. AKIDOUS Recruitment (Shift Time: 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm) 

1. US Recruitment 

• Source candidates for US-based roles, Making more calls to find the Right talent using indeed, LinkedIn, and other platform. 

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication, and cultural fit. 

1. Coordinating With US Team 

• Communicate with US-team on the Requirement and interview coordination 

1. Time-Zone Alignment 

• Work in alignment with EST/PST time zones for real-time coordination with US stakeholders. 

1. Compliance & Documentation 

• Ensure candidates meet compliance standards (e.g., E-Verify, work authorization). 

• Maintain documentation as per US staffing norms. 

1. Offer & Onboarding Support 

• Negotiate pay rates, manage onboarding documentation, and track joining confirmations. 

Mandatory Requirements: 

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. 

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. 

• Prior experience in US hiring is highly desirable. 

• Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with US and India operations (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST).  

Position Summary

The HR & Administration Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations while also supporting essential HR processes. This role focuses primarily on office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, compliance documentation, and employee support, with secondary responsibilities in recruitment and onboarding.

Administration & Office Management (Primary Responsibility)

• Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility services.
• Monitor office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping supervisors in case of staff absence.
• Oversee office maintenance, raise service requests, and coordinate vendor visits for AMC and repairs.
• Track water availability, vending machine stock/counts, and pantry supplies daily.
• Manage vendors for stationery, housekeeping materials, courier services, and printer maintenance.
• Maintain accurate stock registers for consumables and place timely orders.
• Verify bills, vendor invoices, and daily expenses with proper documentation.
• Maintain asset registers, movement logs, and scrap management reports.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for confidential administrative documents.
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of administrative budgets.
• Address employee administrative concerns and resolve them within timelines.
• Manage ID card issuance, collection, and No‑Dues clearance for exiting employees.
• Coordinate employee travel and accommodation requirements.
• Organize monthly office events, celebrations, and internal programs.
• Coordinate room bookings, meeting arrangements, and cross‑departmental administrative support.

HR Support Functions (Secondary Responsibility)

• Needs to have knowledge on Sourcing.
• Monitor candidate waiting time and coordinate with HR for timely processing.
• Prepare onboarding kits, print joining forms, and support new joiners on Day 1.
• Scan and file NDA, confidentiality agreements, appointment letters, and joining documents.
• Maintain daily HR document filing and support post‑recruitment record updates.
• Assist with Employee Master updates and support admin-related exit activities.

Education & Experience

• Any bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or HR Support roles preferred.
