• Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Schiller Park, IL
• Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week + Overtime as needed

• Pull, load, deliver, and unload customer orders
• Drive local delivery routes in non-CDL company trucks
• Provide outstanding customer service with every delivery
• Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse areas clean and organized
• Package orders and support warehouse operations
• Assist will call customers
• Solve problems on the spot and ensure deliveries run smoothly

• ✅ Must be 20+ years old
• ✅ Clean driving record
• ✅ Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check (MVR will also be checked)
• ✅ Delivery Driving experience is required (Class C, non-CDL)
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable with excellent attendance (attendance is a BIG deal here!)
• Strong work ethic — focused, not easily distracted

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.

COMPENSATION: $17.00 – $19.00/hour, depending on experience

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE:

• Pull, load, and package customer orders accurately
• Make local deliveries (Class C, no CDL required)
• Unload materials safely at customer locations

SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:

• Forklift experience required
• Clean driving record (you’ll be making local deliveries)
• Comfortable with basic math
• Saw experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• 20+ years old
• Reliable with strong attendance (this matters here)
• Drug-free
• Team player with a positive attitude

Both drug screen and background check will be conducted.  Candidate will be required to supply State Driving Record.

• Oversee pulling and packaging teams to ensure orders are picked and shipped accurately and on time
• Manage receiving operations to ensure material is checked in and stocked efficiently
• Review pulling reports and address accuracy issues as needed
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Conduct and document monthly safety meetings
• Print and distribute order and shipping documents for warehouse processing
• Push completed orders through invoicing in the ERP system
• Coordinate freight pickups and communicate with carriers
• Inspect outgoing shipments and verify against documentation
• Assist with routing of local deliveries
• Operate a forklift to pick, transport, and package materials
• Maintain internal record-keeping systems
• Ensure proper packaging procedures for safe transport of materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse
• Provide tracking updates to the sales team
• Resolve delivery and shipping issues as they arise
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and ERP reconciliation
• Lead physical inventory processes
• Cross-train across all warehouse functions and drive process improvements

• Previous warehouse and leadership experience required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Clean driving record required
• Must be 20+ years old

• Willing to travel to Houston, Texas, if necessary
