The Senior Director, Education and Continuing Professional Development is a visionary leader responsible for strategy, strategic operations, innovation, and execution of a cohesive, data-informed educational experience across ACOG’s educational programming ecosystem, including 1) continuing medical education (CME) and non-CME programming and 2) in-person, virtual, and other asynchronous programs. This senior leader will work with organizational leadership to ensure educational programming aligns with organizational strategic goals, brand identity, and evolving educational and professional development needs of members. A thought leader in medical education, workforce, and professional development, including well-being, the Senior Director will work across departments to drive engagement in program development.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role works closely with the Senior Director, Human Resources and deliver value-added HR programs that support ACOG’s mission, culture, and strategic goals. This position has primary responsibility for Learning & Organizational Development (LOD), HR compliance, employee recognition, performance management, HR data and analytics, while also supporting broader HRBP initiatives. The HRBP partners up with other HR team members on benefits, total compensation, talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and offboarding.

The Instructional Designer plays a key role in advancing ACOG’s online learning and professional development initiatives by designing high‑quality, engaging, and accessible educational experiences. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, Education, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional partners, this role brings learning concepts to life through thoughtful instructional design and effective course development.
This position is primarily focused on instructional design and content development, from needs analysis through course launch and iteration. The Instructional Designer collaborates with colleagues who support learning platforms and technical operations to ensure courses are delivered smoothly and learners have a positive experience. While this role contributes to LMS‑enabled course delivery and provides design‑related support, it is not responsible for platform ownership or system administration.
