Cloud Architect 

Reporting to the Information Security and Infrastructure Manager, the Cloud Architect leads the architectural direction for Accordion's AWS and Azure environments. This role ensures the firm's cloud platforms are aligned across practice capabilities and back-office needs while establishing clear frameworks for security, scalability, resilience, and cost management in a multi-cloud environment.

This leader will partner closely with infrastructure, security, engineering, and practice-facing technology teams to shape cloud patterns that support both enterprise operations and development activities. Technology Asset Manager  

The Technology Asset Manager plays a key role within Accordion’s End User Computing organization, owning and leading the strategy, governance, and optimization of Accordion’s IT assets, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and security objectives across our hybrid workforce.

This role focuses on data integrity, governance, and process optimization — ensuring that IT asset information is reliable, actionable, and aligned with Accordion’s operational and security standards. The Asset Manager serves as a key advisor to IT, Finance, and Security leadership, leveraging asset data to inform budgeting, vendor strategy, risk management, and enterprise decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, deep familiarity with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus, and a passion for operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets across their lifecycle — procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning

The Vice President of AI System Readiness plays a pivotal role in preparing Accordion’s enterprise environments, data, and processes for AI enablement. AI & Technology Training Associate 

The AI and Technology Training Associate will play a key role in advancing Accordion’s firmwide understanding and adoption of artificial intelligence and modern technology tools. The AI Quality Associate focuses on validating the quality of AI-generated outputs, agent behaviors, and AI-assisted workflows. You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in QA, analytics, business process validation, AI evaluation, operations, or similar roles
• Strong writing, analysis, and pattern-recognition skills
• Experience evaluating outputs against nuanced criteria rather than only binary correctness
• Experience with finance, accounting, FP&A, transaction services, or business process design preferred
• Ability to work with structured rubrics, scenario libraries, and evidence-based reviews – you are thoughtful, precise, and highly discerning
• Ability to spot subtle output problems others miss

The Senior Quality Engineer partners directly with delivery pods to validate software features, workflows, integrations, and releases. The Manager of Quality Engineering and AI Validation leads Accordion's centralized Quality Engineering and AI Validation function across software delivery pods. Any employment agency, person or entity that submits an unsolicited resume does so with the understanding that Accordion will have the right to hire that applicant at its discretion without any fee owed to the submitting employment agency, person or entity.
