At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW), we deliver high-quality, office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental, adult dental, and select adult specialty settings—including GI, ENT, gynecology/fertility, and plastics—while intentionally designing schedules that support a full, balanced life.

We’re seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable practicing in office-based pediatric dental settings. Our patients are healthy pediatric dental patients (primarily ASA I), with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. No complex pediatric cases—just thoughtful, well-run care in a calm environment.

We are seeking an MD Anesthesiologist who is comfortable practicing in adult dental and/or adult multi-specialty office-based environments, including GI, ENT, gyne/fertility, and plastics. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values clinical variety, autonomy, and quality of life, while also being open to growing alongside a developing market.

This role is intentionally designed as a PRN, relationship-driven opportunity, with a strong emphasis on talent mapping and long-term partnership. We are seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric dental patients in an office-based setting. Our patients are healthy children (primarily ASA I) undergoing routine dental procedures. Cases are efficient, with short sedation and recovery times, allowing for predictable and manageable procedure days.

Many of our dental practices start early, which means most days finish by 1–2 PM. This allows our physicians to maintain a healthy balance between professional fulfillment and life outside of medicine.

What This Role Looks Like

• Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia only

• Healthy pediatric patients (primarily ASA I)

• Efficient dental procedures with short sedation times

• Predictable clinical workflow

• One site per day

Regional coverage across:

• Springfield

• Salem

• Corvallis

• Roseburg

Travel is limited to one location per day, with organized scheduling across the region.

• ABA Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

• Comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric dental patients
  (pediatric fellowship not required)

• Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in office-based or ASC environments preferred

• Team-oriented mindset with strong clinical judgment
