We are looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer with a passion for building great user experiences in an international environment. You will join our cross-functional teams working on our flagship application, developing innovative features and creating a smooth check-in experience for our members.

In this role, you will not only design and implement advanced Mobile applications in Kotlin and Swift, but also take architectural ownership, help guide native development, and ensure alignment between Android and iOS. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers, you’ll bring cohesion across platforms and set the direction for mobile excellence at Urban Sports Club.

What you will do

• Design and build advanced applications in Swift for the iOS platform, experience in Android is a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Write unit tests and ensure robustness across edge cases, usability, and reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

What you will need to succeed

• You have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of professional Mobile (iOS or Android) development.
• With strong expertise in Swift, you’ve gained hands-on experience across different iOS versions and screen sizes.
• Skilled in designing SwiftUI, you apply established design principles, patterns, and best practices in your work.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, offline storage, maps APIs, and performance tuning enables you to build apps that are both scalable and reliable.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, CI/CD practices, and effective use of open-source libraries supports your efficiency.

Overview

With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store category and also our recent recognition as Apple's 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we find the need for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push our missing forward.

Required:

• 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Experience with writing automated tests for UI — unit tests, integration tests, UI automation tests; familiarity with relevant testing frameworks.
• Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps (memory usage, startup time, rendering performance, high-DPI support, responsiveness under load).
• Experience with localization/globalization, right-to-left UI support, internationalization, accessibility for multiple regions.
• Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, logging, and error monitoring in desktop applications.
• Previous experience in shaping CI/CD workflows, release pipelines, and deployment strategies for desktop applications.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of feature areas or modules and drive them long-term, including maintenance, refactoring, and technical debt management.

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
• Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
• Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
• Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Translate design mockups (Figma / Sketch) into production-ready email templates
• Ensure consistent rendering across 20+ email clients and environments — Gmail iOS and Android, Outlook 2013–2021, Apple Mail, Samsung Mail, Yahoo, and others
• Build and maintain a modular email template library
• Test emails thoroughly using Litmus or Email on Acid before every send
• Optimize images, handle retina/HiDPI assets, and manage fallbacks for unsupported CSS properties
• Write and manage media queries for mobile responsiveness
• Handle edge cases: dark mode support, web font fallbacks, Outlook conditional comments
• Implement dynamic content blocks using templating syntax (Liquid, AMPscript, or Handlebars) provided by the CRM team

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you’ll take ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and smooth collaboration across teams. What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure components across network, identity, and endpoint systems
• Manage and enhance our MDM landscape for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including patch and lifecycle management
