Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the overall safety, quality, and profitability of the Area. Areas have a target revenue of $25MM - $100MM annually and include rough 150 – 300 air mile radius, which equates to 300-600 total air miles across. The Area Manager will drive diversification across end markets and townships within the Area and lead the cross-selling message with current and new customers. They support the effort of the Functional Services Groups to ensure standards are adhered to and necessary reporting and data are distributed within the Region and up to the Loenbro SLT. In addition, they guide the organizational structure of the Area through its growth and development, building a robust team to execute the mission and goals of Loenbro and the overall Region.

Position Overview
The Negotiator, Digital Partnerships develops, recommends, executes and evaluates digital media plans from inception to completion with oversight from a Sr. Negotiator or Partnerships Manager. The Negotiator works closely with the Manager and Sr. Negotiator to develop a plan that meets client’s budgets and objectives with clear rationale.
Responsibilities
· Attend partner meetings, maintain rapport, and provide clients with research data and media information
· Collaborate with team members to develop and manage digital media plans, providing guidance to associates
· Mentor and train associates, ensuring strategy integration into media choices
· Conduct industry research using various media tools and develop RFPs with media partners
· Continuously seek real-time opportunities to keep clients competitive and develop industry and partner POV's
· Oversee production timelines, creative development, and campaign implementation.
· Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, and manage budget allocation and optimization
· Secure competitive marketplace pricing, foster strong media partner relationships, and apply knowledge of investment strategies
Required Skills and Experience
· Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology and third party market research tools such as Double Click DART, Atlas DMT, comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, and/or eMarketer
· Proficient understanding of accounting principles, data analyzing, and market research; knowledge in media math
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid negotiating skills and experience collaborating with Strategy and Communications Design teams
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
· Proficient with MBox or equivalent Inventory Management system

About this Role
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead Manager to lead the engineering efforts for building cross-platform experiences as we realize the vision of a fully connected care platform. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Hardware, and business leaders to iterate and deliver on context-rich workflows that improve the caregiver experience so they can focus on providing quality care to their residents.
As an engineering leader on the Product Engineering team, you will set the foundation of our native strategy and collaborate with other engineers to build hardware + software solutions. Success in this role requires close attention to details, creative problem solving, and a strong bias toward action and experimentation.

Our headquarters are located in New York City's Union Square. We believe in cross team collaboration. While we are an in office culture, we allow up to 2 remote days per week.
Our benefits package for employees includes competitive base compensation along with stock options. The expected annual salary range for this role is $210,000 - $240,000 USD, depending on your level of expertise, your experience, and your performance in the interview process. We also provide fully-paid health and dental insurance coverage for all of our employees, along with other health benefits including vision insurance, membership to premium primary and urgent care, and online medical health providers. We also have a take as you need time off policy, in addition to 7 paid holidays and a company wide winter break during the holidays.
