We’re looking for a Senior Demand Planning Analyst who is as comfortable writing SQL as they are explaining a forecast miss to a Procurement Director. This is a hybrid role: part data engineer, part forecaster, part cross-functional operator.

At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual base range for this role is £75,900 - £101,900. The Opportunity:
We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst to join our recently formed People Analytics team and serve as a strategic, data-driven partner to leaders across the business. This role blends strong analytical and technical skills with a consultative, business-facing mindset — someone who loves working with data and using it to influence decisions.

In the United Kingdom, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is GBP 81,000 - GBP 97,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. Taxonomy, Data Standards & Governance - Ensure consistent application of marketing taxonomies, data definitions, and platform mappings (e.g. campaign metadata, brand/product categorisation, measurement KPIs), while driving the development of monitoring tools to surface issues in data completeness, accuracy, and consistency across platforms and sources.
