As aCommerce SaaS Product Manager Onboarding & Client Growth, you work closely with our product management team and our commercial teams to take our SaaS product EcommerceIQ to market. Responsibilities: |
Create our SaaS clients onboarding and client growth function, in terms of structure, processes and resources, building up a team in line with the growth of our business, for both EIQ SaaS and EIQ Market Insights. Specifically, this role will be doing: ● Plan all aspects of our SaaS client onboarding and client growth strategy in conjunction with all stakeholders. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission ● Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. Develop service procedures, policies and standards ● Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. ● Able to Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports ● Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth ● Determine priorities to create structure and call out gaps based on client expectations and business impact ● Define every aspect of the client experience and work with all stakeholders to ensure that the clients’ and user experience is nothing less than perfect ● Work with each of the IQ Product Managers to identify opportunities to improve the SaaS experience of our products ● Work with the Product Marketing Manager, our training manager and each of the IQ Product Managers to build out the training material, user support material, onboarding and offboarding SOPs, etc. ● Work with the commercial teams to optimize our GTM strategy ● Define how we help our clients grow their ecommerce business across multiple channels faster on aCommerce than on any other platform, taking full advantage of our suite of products ● Work with the marketing teams to optimize our message and to acquire new, high-value clients. ● Work closely with the Client and Application Support teams ensure a flawless client and user experience ● Identify possible risks and take measures to prevent these and escalate if needed ● Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement ● Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets ● Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment |

The Supply department is Agoda’s partner relationship management function, working with external partners to ensure strong supply across accommodations, flights, and activities.
Within Supply, the Central Management Office (CMO) was established as the department’s backbone. The CMO leads cross-functional special projects, drives governance and cadences across Supply, manages headcount planning and budget allocation/spend, and designs and executes key people initiatives—such as learning & development, performance management, engagement, and change management
The Opportunity:
Drive higher engagement across Supply: Identify key opportunities to improve employee engagement (e.g., recognition, collaboration, ways of working) and lead initiatives that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
Strengthen change management: Identify change needs and support the planning and execution of change management for high-impact initiatives across Supply.
Own additional projects: Take end-to-end ownership of ad hoc projects that advance the team’s priorities and contribute to broader organizational success
Run other BAU tasks relating to engagement including Supply’s townhall, AMA sessions
In this role, you will get to:
Partner with diverse stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Agoda’s People teams and key internal stakeholders across Supply—particularly senior leaders such as the SVP and regional/country directors.
Lead analysis and shape solutions (quant + qual): Own problem definition and analysis, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to build frameworks and propose initiatives that drive and enable change within Supply.

Minimum 6+ years of experience working preferably in people’s team or consulting firm and worked on people topic or change management before
Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology experience is a plus

A high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
Strong analytical skills on both qualitative and quantitative aspects
The interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at Director level and above
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of the management hierarchy.

Key Areas of Focus:
In this role, you’ll get to:
Strategy: Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC for Strategic Partnerships team based on analytical insights, industry trends, and changing competitive landscape.
Analytics: Leverage data & tools to analyze SP performance and identify appropriate levers to improve performance.
Cross-functional projects: Work with different teams inside SP (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, Financial Institutions, different markets across APAC, etc.) and outside of SP (product, marketing, supply, finance, etc.) to drive initiatives.
Performance management: Maintain and optimize a performance management system for the department, including a large team of account managers
Data & tools: Oversee SP data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Design, manage, and oversee the maintenance of data tools to support decision making.
Performance reporting: Preparing updates on business performance, proposals, and recommendations to senior management.
Pricing Experiments: Optimize pricing strategy and make decisions based on A/B experiments.
