Navan AI is creating a new category in travel: an intelligent, conversational AI concierge that supports travelers across their entire journey. We’re rebuilding the travel booking and management experience from the ground up — personal, proactive, and entirely user-centric
We are looking for a Senior Product Growth specialist to be the engine behind our user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Growth, you will be responsible for the "how"—turning high-level growth visions into scalable product mechanics and experiments.
You are a master of the growth loop. You understand that growth isn't just about "top of funnel" marketing, but about building features that naturally encourage adoption and expansion. You will sit at the center of AI, UX, and Engineering, executing a roadmap that turns casual users into lifelong Navan advocates.
What You’ll Do:
What We’re Looking For:
Why This Role?
You won't be a cog in a machine; you will be the one building the machine. Working directly with the Head of Product Growth, you will have a front-row seat to the scaling of a category-defining AI company, with the autonomy to own major pieces of the product and the support to take big swings.

Skeletons, lasers, tattoo buses — the Torq brand grabs attention like nothing else in cybersecurity. And we're growing like crazy, backed by Series D funding, 200% employee growth, and 300% revenue growth. Fueling Torq's momentum is our game-changing AI SOC platform, backed by a team and culture that makes Torq one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers in America, and a Business Insider 'startup to bet your career on'.
Life at Torq is all gas, no brakes. We're a team of relentless, collaborative go-getters pushing the boundaries of what's possible for security automation. Every role is an essential driver of Torq's success as the AI-native autonomous SecOps platform of choice for security teams across the Fortune 500.
As a Senior Instructional Designer at Torq, you will play a critical role in driving product education with a primary focus on customer-facing, channel partner and internal product education. You will independently own the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences – including video courses, hands-on labs, and certification programs – that empower customers, partners and Torq employees to master the Torq platform and unlock its full value. You will also support internal teams in deepening their product expertise, ensuring they are fully equipped to position and operationalize Torq with confidence. At its core, this role is about creating learning that directly drives product adoption and measurable business outcomes. This role calls for a self-driven innovator who brings technical depth, high standards, and a passion for building world-class product education from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing?
What Should You Bring to The Table?
As an equal-opportunity employer, we are committed to a team defined and empowered by diversity. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We are waiting for you!
We build AI for a living, and we encourage candidates to use it to prep, research, and sharpen their best work. But we're hiring humans, not chatbots. We want the real you. Use AI to tighten your resume, prep for interviews, research Torq, and outline ideas for written responses. Show up as yourself for live interviews, final assessments (the voice, logic, and reasoning need to be yours), and anywhere we're evaluating how you think — not how you prompt.
Excited about our vision and ready to make an impact as we grow? We'd love to see what you can bring to the team.

Our team is responsible for the backend pipeline that processes, transforms, and routes tracing data at scale after ingestion. Our mission is to extend the pipeline's capabilities so that multiple products across Datadog can leverage the rich data present in traces — serving not only APM Distributed Tracing but a growing number of product teams that depend on this data.
As an Engineering Manager for APM Data Hub, you'll lead a distributed team of 6 engineers with diverse seniority, shaping the technical vision of a platform that sits at a critical intersection of Datadog's product ecosystem. You'll own the roadmap for how tracing data is processed and exposed to multiple consumers, maintain high engineering standards for a system operating reliably at scale, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with the product teams building on top of your pipeline. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to solving complex engineering challenges with a transversal impact on multiple products.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
