Who is Eleos Health?
Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.
Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.
Some people coordinate. You build.
We're looking for an exceptionally sharp operator — someone who doesn't wait for structure to exist before creating it, who turns process and communication into a genuine competitive advantage, and who can walk into ambiguity and walk out with a system that actually works. You'll report directly to the VP of Product and serve as the connective tissue between R&D and the rest of the organization. This is a role for someone who builds things alone, makes them stick, and moves on to the next problem.

Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.
What is this opportunity?
We are looking for an AI Builder to join our GTM Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and AI — designing, building, and scaling intelligent workflows that transform how work gets done across Eleos Health. You think in systems — you see how tools, data, and workflows connect, and you know how to design solutions that are coherent, not cobbled together. You move fast without cutting corners that matter, and you know the difference. You are comfortable sitting with ambiguity long enough to ask the right questions, and then you build. You do not wait for perfect requirements. You ship, you learn, and you improve.

Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world’s most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our innovation team — a small, high-autonomy group focused on discovering and building Eleos’s next growth engines.
This is a startup-within-a-startup opportunity: you’ll help take early ideas from 0→1, validate them quickly in the market, and shape what could become the company’s next major product line.
We move fast and operate in ambiguity — but we do it with care. You’ll build lean, production-ready prototypes that can evolve into scalable solutions, balancing speed with technical soundness. Our goal is to move fast without breaking things that matter.
You’ll collaborate closely with Eleos’s R&D, Product, and Data teams, ensuring your experiments align with the company’s architecture, principles, and long-term direction.
You’re a builder at heart — someone who loves turning rough ideas into working products. You’re comfortable switching between backend, frontend, data, DevOps, or QA if that’s what it takes to move forward.
You thrive in uncertainty but know when to pause and build things the right way. You understand how to make pragmatic trade-offs between time to market and maintainability.
You enjoy working independently, but you also value alignment and collaboration with the broader engineering organization to ensure what you build can grow sustainably.
