We are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Wireless / Wi‑Fi) to lead our Wi‑Fi software organization in Taiwan. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end software development and execution for Wi‑Fi connectivity across multiple Roku device lines, partnering closely with RF hardware, QA, SoC vendors, ODMs/JDMs, and US‑based engineering and product teams.
You will build and lead a high‑performance engineering team in Hsinchu that can diagnose complex wireless and networking issues across RF, SoC, Firmware, device drivers, and OS layers, and ship robust, high‑quality software into high‑volume consumer products. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable strategizing at the system level and diving deep into technical details when needed.

About the role:
Samsara’s hardware EPM is responsible for delivering new hardware devices to the business through prototyping and qualification builds and into mass production. In this role you will partner with internal EE/PD/FW engineers, product management, operations and supply chain to develop and ship high-quality products. You will manage the day-to-day activities of our JDM partners including design, build definition and execution, validation, and reliability to ensure product goals are achieved on a timely basis.
