The Manager, Analytics is responsible for leading a team of BI developers and analysts to deliver reliable, high-performance business intelligence solutions in line with company strategy. This role emphasizes data modeling, ETL development, dashboard/report creation, and ensuring robust data pipelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI and analytics professionals, including guidance on best practices for data modeling, ETL, and reporting.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

About the Role

As a Program Chief Engineer you will be responsible for defining and driving the system's architecture, technical roadmap, and overall engineering excellence. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of high-performing engineers, ensuring that the system meets stringent performance, reliability, and mission requirements in challenging maritime environments. This role combines strategic technical leadership with direct hands-on involvement in critical design and integration challenges.

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership & Vision: Define and articulate the technical vision and strategic roadmap for the system, ensuring alignment with Anduril's broader Dive-XL Core Platform and customer needs. Work directly with the product team (Product Manager, EPM, Lead Systems Engineer) to ensure tactical development is executed on plan.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in the design, development, integration, and deployment of complex autonomous systems.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Chief Engineer, Technical Director, Lead Architect, Engineering Fellow, or equivalent senior technical leadership role on a major hardware/software program.
• Proficiency in systems engineering principles, including requirements management, interface control, verification, and validation.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor highly technical, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian National Security Clearance (NV2 or higher).

At Anduril Australia we are developing unmanned systems for subsurface and other domains that will leverage unsupervised autonomy for the delivery of long endurance, multi-mission capability to our customers. These projects, including but not limited to the Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicle (XL-AUV) Program, require Mechanical Engineers with broad experience to drive the delivery a variety of software enabled hardware capabilities to our customers. Software Engineering Managers independently lead teams to deliver a variety of software integrated in to our products. This includes autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off-board command and control or decision support. We expect Software Engineering Managers to demonstrate end-to-end outcome ownership of a major system within an integrated product, and the team responsible for building and maintaining it. About the role

The Head of Revenue Operations defines the revenue operations strategy and builds out the GTM systems and infrastructure that enable Sonder’s revenue organisation to grow efficiently. Overview:

The goal of our Platform Engineering team is to make it easy for our service teams to build and run production systems. As an experienced engineer in Platform Engineering, you will be helping re-architect our platform to run on public, private, and hybrid clouds and to allow for frequent, predictable and high impact changes. You will ensure that our world-class infrastructure is always available, responsive, and capable of meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for leading a small team whilst still being super technical and hands on, building the cloud infrastructure that powers the Appian platform. The platform helps dealerships automate workflows, strengthen customer relationships, and improve their marketing and service retention programs across Australia and New Zealand, working with major dealership groups and OEMs.

You'll be based remotely and will be and reporting to the Chief Information Officer. Day to day you'll work closely with our Salesforce Engineers, AI and Data team, Integration Engineers, QA, and Product so being a strong collaborator is just as important as your technical skills.

Right now, Harrier is investing heavily in modernising the Ignition platform and we're looking for someone who can manage cleaning up technical debt, tightening up security, improving how we test and deploy, and setting the standard for how we build going forward. At the same time, there are some really exciting new things on the horizon: AI integration, two-way SMS, AgentForce, and new dealer-facing features and you'll play a key role in making sure the platform is ready for all of it.

What You'll Do

• Evolve and strengthen the platform – Build on our existing Salesforce foundation by uplifting code quality, refining bulk‑data handling patterns, modernising legacy implementations where appropriate, and ensuring the platform continues to scale as the business grows.
• Maintain strong security and governance – Ensure data access and sharing models remain robust and compliant with privacy obligations, and define clear, consistent standards to guide future development
• Set the technical direction – Define how we build on Salesforce from coding standards and trigger patterns to how we integrate with other systems and make sure the whole team is working to the same playbook.
• Tackle technical debt – Own an ongoing programme of improvement, tracking where the platform needs attention and carving out space each release to make things better.
• Strengthen our deployment process – Manage the quality checks in our CI/CD pipeline so that problems get caught early and good practices are baked in from the start.
• Enable new product features – Work with our AI and Data team to make sure Salesforce is ready for what's coming next, including AI tools, high-volume processing, and new integrations.

What You'll Bring

• Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce in a senior or lead role.
• Deep expertise in Apex triggers, batch classes, async processing and a strong grasp of how to build things that scale without hitting limits.
• Experience cleaning up Salesforce codebases and making them production-ready.
• A solid understanding of Salesforce security, including how sharing rules, field-level security, and permissions work in practice.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and async patterns.
• Confidence with Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce development approaches.
• The ability to explain technical decisions clearly to people who aren't engineers.

Bonus Points

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Experience with AgentForce, Einstein, or Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
• A background in automotive, CRM, or subscription SaaS products.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or dealer/partner portal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion quality strategies within fast-paced Agile sprints, focusing on rapid feedback loops and minimising waste to accelerate product delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong emphasis on software quality assurance.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software in Agile environments.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks for E2E and API (e.g., using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as k6 or similar, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong understanding of software quality principles, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and preventing defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A strong desire to learn new technologies and continuously improve testing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
