We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, to collaborate with other developers in writing well-designed, testable code. Your role and responsibilities
Software Development Quality & Standards
- Participating in regular code reviews
- Standardisation of technologies, approaches, and architectures across teams
- Active engagement with the development teams on all areas of software development
Agile Collaboration & Team Enablement
- Liaise with agile coaches and product owners in order to resolve team impediments
- Working with agile coaches, technical leads, development managers, and the executive team to drive architectural changes in projects and deliver on initiatives
- Understanding the interdependency of work items and teams
Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Active monitoring of the software development process and continuous improvement thereof
- Work with the various development and technical support teams to resolve any production issues timeously and efficiently, keeping business impact to a minimum
You are an ideal candidate if you have
- At least 7 years of work-related experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
- Ideally have an IT Diploma or Degree
- Ability to develop software in .Net 8 C#, Javascript, ReactJs, HTML, CSS and other programming languages (polyglots preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Postgres, Mssql technologies (EF, NHibernate)
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Redis, Riak, MongoDB, and others.
- Experience developing web applications, with a good understanding of how the web works
- Proven experience in high-scale applications and an understanding of the practices and approaches that are employed in scaling applications beneficial.
- Experience with unit testing, knowledge of applying test-driven development beneficial
- Understanding DevOps principals and how to apply them practically beneficial.
- Experience in cloud services preferred – AWS, Azure.
- Experience with containerisation (Docker, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Appveyor) highly beneficial.
- Experience working with agile methodologies – a true believer.

The Role
The Infrastructure Engineer’s role is to administer the Online Gaming platforms, ensure optimum performance and availability of such platform, provide third/fourth-level troubleshooting support, and liaise with all applicable service providers and third parties including NOC/1st/2nd line support. Provide technical support to all roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partake in the design and implementation of new setups
- Assist in process improvement and automation.
- Test and design new systems/services and their suitability for possible use in production environments
- Proactive monitoring and support of the live and staging infrastructure
- Investigate and react to any live or staging issues that might arise
- Prepare and take part in the periodic release of new software
- Act as an escalation point for issues flagged by customer support
- Handle service requests, incidents, problems and change requests, using ITIL best practice.
- Assist in process improvement and automation.
- Assist in intensive investigations into problems that would included detailed log and metrics analysis to provide detailed analysis, resolution and future prevention of such issues
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- All-rounder with proven experience in linux based environments with very good IT knowledge
- Possess excellent communication skills, capable of delivering information to both technical as well as non-technical personnel, the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Detect/analyse alarms to provide fault isolation and remote troubleshooting, being a responsible individual for problems until their complete resolution
- Ability to analyse logs for troubleshooting issues, including malicious activity or cybersecurity threats, code and systems errors and problems
- Understands how to direct, support and guide other team members and knows how to motivate them with great attention to detail and acts as a senior technical resource for outages until restoration.
- Production support or implementation of Kubernetes, preferable in google managed Kubernetes environment (GKE) for at least 24 months
- Virtualisation - OpenStack, VMware, Cloud - Experience with any: Google GKE, Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, OpenShift/OKD
- Excellent log analysis and setup of aggregated logging systems such as Splunk/EFK and excellent networking skills including packet capture and analysis
- Excellent monitoring and metrics analysis and systems implementation such as Grafana, APM, Prometheus, Zabbix, etc… with deep knowledge of various monitoring tools and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with code repositories GitHub/Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles and DNS/HTTPS certificates

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior, hands‑on DevSecOps Engineer with strong experience operating and securing cloud‑native production environments in regulated settings.
They have deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code, and are comfortable owning production reliability, security monitoring, incident response and audit readiness (e.g. SOC2, PCI‑DSS). The Role
The DevSecOps Engineer's objective is to integrate security controls and maintain a highly available cloud infrastructure. You will ensure our platform remains secure, scalable, and compliant with relevant security standards (including SOC2 and PCI-DSS) by focusing on the running, securing, and monitoring of services in production.
Key Objectives:
- Production Excellence: Operate production environments with a "security-first" mindset, monitoring both availability and potential threats.
- Infrastructure as Code: Build and maintain secure IaC to manage platform scaling and consistency.
- Continuous Compliance: Ensure the success of security audits through automated compliance checks and rigorous evidence collection.

Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Manage core AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda) with a focus on encryption, least-privilege access, and service reliability.
- Monitoring & Incident Response: Develop and refine strategies for monitoring system health and security events using tools like OpenSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all AWS environments meet relevant security standards. Implement and monitor "Policy as Code" using Terraform to automate audit-readiness.
- Deployment & Security Automation: Maintain configurations for automation tools, secure deployments, and vulnerability scans. Work with standardized SDLC tools to ensure consistent delivery to production.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the teams and Software Engineers to ensure application deployments are successful, working as intended, and compliant with security standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance on secure infrastructure practices to other Software Engineers across the organization.

Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 5 years+ in a DevSecOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role, preferably in fintech or a highly regulated environment.
- Deep expertise in AWS (specifically IAM, EKS, VPC, S3, RDS, and EC2).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and security tools (e.g., WAF, KMS, Shield).
- Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), including administration and deployment via Helm.
- Proficiency in Terraform for managing complex cloud environments.
- Experience securing and tuning PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB.
- Experience with GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Atlantis.
- Proficiency in Python or Bash for automation tasks.

What You’ll Do

About the role:
The Engineering Manager for the DevTools team leads a group focused on building internal developer platforms (IDPs), tooling, and services that enable product delivery teams to move quickly, safely, and efficiently. This role is designed for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of high-scale systems architecture and people development. You will champion our developer portal, treating our internal developers as customers to build seamless, self-service tooling that removes cognitive load and accelerates product delivery. As a Security Engineer you will form part of JUMO’s dedicated Security Team. Our mission is to raise JUMO's overall security posture, by identifying security issues and helping teams to understand and address them.
JUMO’s tech stack runs in AWS and includes AWS EKS, Terraform, microservices written in Kotlin, Datadog and CI/CD based on Github Actions and ArgoCD. As a Security Engineer you will need to be familiar with these systems, as well as specific security tooling such as various AWS-based security tools (Security Hub, GuardDuty, AWS WAF, etc), Okta, Semgrep, CrowdStrike EDR, Mimecast, FleetDM and more.

What We’re Looking For:
The Media Systems Engineer works within the 2U Learning division as the resident expert in media post-production workflows and best practices. They will serve as the system administrator for the post-production environment including 2U’s enterprise media asset management system, media storage solution, and all ancillary post-production related equipment and peripherals that enable workflows including ingest, transcoding, video editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, color correction, video quality assurance, and final delivery. This pivotal role will be a key liaison between 2U post production teams across product lines including Graduate and Undergraduate Degrees, Executive Education, and edX.
This role will collaborate with internal 2U departments including Engineering, Production Innovation, Learning Technology, and IT, as well as external post production vendors, our systems integration partner, and product suppliers to ensure continued proper protocols as they relate to security, ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to post production systems. This person will also work with the Media Systems Specialist to provide guidance and delegate day to day responsibilities. This person is a passionate media and tech enthusiast, constantly monitoring and absorbing media production and ed-tech industry norms, as well as the latest technical solutions including hardware, equipment and post-production related software. The person in this role will aid in determining 2U’s media and video technological vision, implementing media technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
1. Serve as global Administrator and in-house SME for media/video post-production systems including media asset management solution, AWS storage infrastructure in partnership with 2U IT/Engineering, and all media-related equipment and peripherals
- Monitor performance and maintain post-production systems according to established requirements.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors who are users within 2U’s MAM environment.
- Main liaison between 2U, post-production vendors, systems integration partner, and product suppliers for ongoing required support and troubleshooting of system anomalies.
- Provide technical expertise for all post-production editorial and technical staff including editors and motions graphics designers, video post-production management staff, and production staff for day-to-day video engineering needs encompassing all related disciplines such as operational system support monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ensure security of the media post production environment leveraging deployed tools through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Establish and manage all user permissions and track licensing and usage.
- Troubleshoot access issues and outages among end users.
- Administer, support, and operate AWS/S3 tools and cloud-based storage; monitor and report on ingress and egress in collaboration with 2U Engineering team.
- Administer, support, and operate file-based encoding, transcoding, and media conform workflows from ingest through final delivery.
- Manage and inventory all 2U-owned local (US-based) hard drives, RAID storage, and LTO archive library if applicable.
- Support and operate LTO archive library, RAID storage, and hard drives, as necessary in conjunction with current 2U post production vendor
- Assist with software configurations for physical/local/remote servers and ingest/edit workstations as required.
- Install and maintain physical/local servers and ingest/edit workstations as required.
- Troubleshoot any machine/equipment failures, software glitches, and offline/missing media, escalating to SI partner when necessary.
- Help evaluate and troubleshoot technical quality control issues related to media, including both raw and final assets, and work with stakeholders executing media acquisition on resolving these issues.
- Make recommendations and implement upgrades to media post-production systems and software with new models and releases in order to support increasing scale, complexity requirements, and future functionality enhancements.
- Provide insight on required technical specifications for production including field and studio acquisition.
2. Develop, introduce, monitor, and improve workflows and automation in partnership with various stakeholders including internal and external post production teams.
- Develop efficient workflows based on best practices essential to a media post production operation.
- Develop and update technical documentation, policies, and SOPs for media and editorial workflows.
- Collaborate with 2U’s systems integration partner, product vendors, and internal 2U stakeholders to develop and test API integrations.
- Participate and advise on best practices for Adobe Creative Suite project and sequence organizational structures, MAM metadata architecture, and taxonomy standards.
- Identify new areas for a more streamlined approach to relevant production and post-production work including automation considerations.
- Support vendor and partner inquiries regarding external media production best practices and technical deliverable requirements.
- Participate in discussions and/or review of updates or modifications to overall operational workflows and SOPs, as appropriate.
- Maintain and update technical quality control specifications.
3. Training/Coaching.
- Responsible for training Media Systems Specialist and internal 2U staff and external vendors on related 2U systems who participate in production and post production processes including advising on technical specifications for filming/recording, editing, graphics, audio, and video quality control and assurance.
- Develop expertise on all aspects of 2U’s post-production environment including deployed MAM software and AWS storage.
- Develop and maintain training materials including user-guides, documentation, screen share recordings, etc. for user groups.
- Communicate rollouts of new video post production tools and resources to user groups.
- Training and facilitating internal 2U and external vendor training for any user groups leveraging MAM.
- Provide orientation to external/freelance technical and editorial staff (e.g. video editors) to post-production operational systems.
4. Take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 7+ years of professional video/media production/post production, engineering and operations experience.
- Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role in support of a complex media post production operation.
- Experience with various operating systems and platforms.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and cloud-based media storage. AWS/S3 and tiered cloud storage experience is a plus.
- Experience with media processing systems and workflows at various stages of the media supply chain (workflow engines, ingest, transcode, metadata, editing, delivery).
- Comprehensive knowledge of file-based and proxy workflows, formats, frame rates, aspect ratios, codecs and file types required for a high-volume media post production environment.
- Expertise in media post-production software and editing techniques on non-linear editing platforms including the full Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with enterprise media asset management software. IPV Curator experience is a plus.
- Full knowledge of encode hardware and transcode software applications. Root 6 workflow engine experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
- Experience with LTO Archive software and hardware.
- Experience with product/project management software, Atlassian Jira is a plus.
- Expertise leveraging various technology and software solutions including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack and overall web-savviness.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of video production, including best practices for filming, lighting and audio engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with video closed captioning and transcription workflows.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and has the ability to interface effectively with a variety of people including internal staff, executive management, and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
As the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Operations, you will lead and mature 2U’s global cyber defense and security operations capabilities. This role is accountable for the effective execution of threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and operational security monitoring across a global enterprise.
You will manage and develop a team of security engineers responsible for day-to-day security operations, while also acting as the operational bridge between cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure, SRE, IT, and external partners (including managed or embedded resources). Cybersecurity Operations & Execution
- Own and oversee day-to-day cybersecurity operations, ensuring effective threat detection, investigation, response, and remediation across cloud, application, and infrastructure environments.

Engineering, Cloud & Application Security Alignment
- Partner with Cloud Security, Application Security, and Engineering teams to ensure security controls, detections, and response requirements are operationalised within cybersecurity operations.
- Ensure outputs from Cloud Security and Application Security initiatives (e.g., controls, detections, alerts, runbooks) are effectively integrated into security monitoring, incident response, and operational workflows.
- Act as the primary intake point for security-relevant operational signals from engineering and platform teams, ensuring they are triaged, prioritised, and actioned appropriately by cybersecurity operations.
- Collaborate with partner teams to identify gaps in detection, response coverage, and operational readiness, and drive improvements to expand and mature cybersecurity operations coverage.
- Serve as an escalation and advisory point for security-related operational issues, ensuring coordination with the appropriate domain owners (Cloud, Application, Infrastructure, SRE) while maintaining clear accountability.
Security Operations Coverage & Readiness
- Ensure cybersecurity operations maintain effective visibility and response capability across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments, aligned to defined risk and threat models.
- Oversee the integration of logging, telemetry, alerts, and response playbooks into operational tooling (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR), without assuming ownership of underlying platform or application architectures.
- Partner with domain security teams to validate that new systems, services, and changes are adequately covered by operational security monitoring and incident response processes.
- Continuously assess and improve operational coverage to ensure cybersecurity operations can detect, respond to, and support incidents across the evolving technical environment.
Proactive Risk & Vulnerability Management
- Own the operational vulnerability management lifecycle, ensuring vulnerabilities are identified, prioritized, remediated, and tracked to closure.
- Use risk-based prioritization to balance remediation effort with business impact and operational realities.
- Ensure security findings and risk trends are translated into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Partner Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity operations engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Provide direction and oversight to embedded or partner resources (e.g., Sonata), ensuring clear expectations, quality delivery, and alignment to 2U standards.
- Contribute to workforce planning, skills development, and operational maturity of the cybersecurity operations function.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity or security operations, with progression into technical leadership or people management.
- Experience leading or supporting security operations, incident response, or threat management in complex environments.
- Working knowledge of AWS; exposure to GCP or Azure is a plus.
- Comfortable with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Bash) to guide and review operational improvements.
- Experience partnering on CI/CD and DevSecOps initiatives to ensure security signals feed into detection and response.
- Familiarity with cloud-native and containerised environments and their operational security risks.

About the role:
As a Platform Security Engineer, you are a developing security professional building expertise in securing cloud-native infrastructure, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and product services within the Platform Engineering organization. The Role
The Senior Quality Engineer: Automation & Integration Testing is responsible for ensuring high product quality across multiple teams, with a strong initial focus on manual integration testing between three development teams, alongside building and maintaining automated tests.
The role plays a critical part in validating cross-service workflows, identifying integration risks early, and progressively strengthening automation to support continuous integration and delivery. - Own and execute manual integration testing across three development teams, validating cross service workflows, data flows, and end to end customer journeys.
- Design and execute risk-based test strategies, using manual and exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible or effective.
- Define, build, and maintain automated integration and end to end tests, with a clear focus on gradually reducing manual effort through sustainable automation.
- Collaborate closely with developers to validate integration points, APIs, contracts, and system behaviour across environments.
- Build and maintain test infrastructure and utilities (test data, mocks/stubs, environment configuration) to support both manual and automated testing.
- Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback, clear reporting, and reliable quality gates.
- Triage integration issues, automation failures, and product defects, providing clear diagnostics, root cause analysis, and high-quality defect reports.
- Continuously improve test coverage, automation stability, execution time, and maintainability as systems and team maturity evolve.
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including hands-on manual testing, integration testing, and automated regression execution.

About the role:
The Customer Support Engineer I is responsible for providing outstanding technical support focused on the overall success of Nintex’s customers and partners. Customer Engagement and Ambassadorship: The customers must be the central focal point in all interactions, and the role will act as the voice of the customer in all interactions ensuring all defined SLA’s are adhered to ensure their continued success. Initial focus for this role will be the modernisation of Entersekt’s 3DS product suite, with patterns, architectural approaches, and enablement efforts expected to scale across the broader SaaS platform over time.
The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role operating at Lead Engineer level. The role combines architectural leadership with hands-on engineering execution and is responsible for defining and delivering the modernisation roadmap for key product systems.
The Lead Software Engineer will assess previous generation (heritage) components, design target-state architecture, and implement modernisation improvements directly in product codebases. The role will introduce modern engineering practices and cloud-native patterns while establishing guardrails, reference implementations, and repeatable approaches that product teams can adopt.
The position plays an important role in enabling a scalable SaaS operating model by improving automation, observability, deployment consistency, and tenant lifecycle management. Through close collaboration with engineering and platform teams, the role will help accelerate cloud-native delivery while maintaining strong operational, security, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Modernisation Strategy, Roadmap and Architecture
- Define modernisation roadmaps for product applications, including target-state architecture for services, infrastructure, and data flows.
- Assess legacy components to identify modernisation opportunities, technical debt, and pragmatic remediation paths.
- Determine appropriate modernisation approaches including refactoring, re-platforming, or re-architecting based on performance, cost, risk, and delivery considerations.
- Contribute architectural insight to the modernisation business case and support financial modelling related to infrastructure and platform decisions.
Engineering Delivery
- Implement modernisation changes directly within product codebases, including refactoring legacy components and decomposing monolithic architectures.
- Introduce cloud-native engineering patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, containerisation, and serverless services.
- Identify and implement performance, scalability, and reliability improvements using observability platforms, cloud metrics, and logging tools.
- Develop reference implementations and engineering patterns that enable teams to accelerate modernisation across products.
- Drive code-level implementation decisions and ensure successful delivery of modernisation outcomes across multiple engineering teams.
SaaS Platform and Operational Modernisation
- Improve the operational and platform capabilities that support Entersekt’s SaaS delivery model.
- Reduce reliance on manual operational processes and bespoke scripts by introducing automation across tenant lifecycle management.
- Design and implement repeatable processes for tenant provisioning, configuration, and environment management.
- Improve onboarding speed for new tenants through standardised workflows and environment templates.
- Establish tenant-aware observability by improving consistency of logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting across services.
- Contribute to multi-tenant architecture design, including tenant isolation and service tiering considerations.
- Improve deployment consistency through repeatable deployment patterns, automation, and safer release processes.
Engineering Standards and Governance
- Introduce practical engineering guardrails that support modern development practices including API-first design, event streaming, cloud-native storage, and container orchestration.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for cloud-native development.
- Contribute to cloud governance initiatives and participate in architecture reviews that guide engineering teams through modernisation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and design reviews across product teams.
- Support engineering teams in translating modernisation objectives into practical implementation changes.
- Partner closely with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure modernisation initiatives align with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Build trust with engineering teams by introducing modern practices through collaborative design and working reference implementations.
Team Development
- As the modernisation programme evolves, contribute to shaping a small, specialised engineering capability that supports broader platform modernisation initiatives.
- Maintain a strong hands-on focus while helping teams adopt new patterns and technologies.
Success Measures (First 12 Months)
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver meaningful modernisation outcomes across Entersekt’s SaaS platform while establishing scalable engineering patterns that enable teams to accelerate cloud-native delivery.
Key outcomes in the first 12 months may include:
- Completing a comprehensive architectural assessment of the 3DS product suite, identifying key modernisation opportunities, technical constraints, and priority areas for improvement.
- Delivering a modernisation roadmap and migration plan that clearly defines architectural direction, sequencing, and the associated performance, operational, and cost considerations.
- Successfully modernising at least one product or major product component, resulting in measurable improvements in system operability, maintainability, and performance.
- Reducing reliance on manual operational processes and bespoke scripts through the introduction of automated tenant lifecycle management and environment provisioning.
- Improving observability and operational readiness by introducing consistent logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerting across services and tenants.
- Contributing architectural insights and cost considerations to the modernisation business case, supporting decision-making around infrastructure and platform investments.
- Establishing trusted working relationships with product and platform engineering teams by delivering working modernisation patterns and reference implementations that teams can adopt.
- Contributing to the development of a long-term platform architecture roadmap that supports modernisation across multiple products within the Entersekt SaaS ecosystem.
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering application modernisation programmes within AWS environments.
- Experience modernising applications through refactoring, re-platforming, or re-architecting legacy systems.
- Strong experience building and operating production systems using containers and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (or equivalent platforms).
- Solid backend engineering experience with the ability to diagnose and improve performance, scalability, and reliability in production systems.
- Experience working with Java-based systems or comparable backend development stacks.
- Proven experience implementing modern architectural patterns such as microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
- Experience improving operational maturity through automation, observability, monitoring, and repeatable deployment processes.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, platform engineering, or senior software engineering roles responsible for production systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence engineering, product, and platform teams.
- AWS certification is advantageous but not required.

As a Software Engineer, you will be someone whose expertise directly translates into developing robust software in the e-commerce domain. You will have the opportunity to implement best practices to improve existing software and participate in the development of new features. While we don't promote after-hours work as part of the regular workday, we run a 24/7 business with the need to keep systems up and running. Software Engineers are expected to provide after-hours support on a rotational basis to resolve critical system issues if needed.
The role is focused on maintaining our search stack. The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to take a lead on ClearScore's Universal API platform. This is the technical foundation that will power how we share our data, capabilities and intelligence beyond our consumer apps. You’ll enable B2B distribution, agentic workflows in the credit space and entirely new ways for partners to integrate with ClearScore.
Working alongside your Head of Product and closely with Platform and Data engineering, you'll own the roadmap and execution of a unified API gateway serving both internal teams and external partners. You'll work closely with the Upstream product team, who own the commercial proposition and externalisation of ClearScore's capabilities, ensuring the platform they need is robust, scalable and well-governed. From defining the technical foundations to shipping a best-in-class developer experience, you'll take this from early planning through to delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Ship and run a unified API Gateway - Deliver a scalable, durable and extensible API gateway for the ClearScore group to build on for the next 10 years.
- Define API Standards - Set standards for developing internal and external APIs for the ClearScore group as a whole.
- Onboard the ClearScore group - Bring all internal users on the journey and onboard the group onto our new API stack.
- Enable commercial opportunities - Work closely with the Upstream product team and commercial stakeholders to ensure the API platform supports new partnership and distribution models.
- Own our external developer experience - Take the lead on shipping a world class developer experience via our developer portal, documentation and sandboxes.
