Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de BI Sênior para integrar nosso time e atuar de forma estratégica na intersecção entre dados e mídia. Procuramos alguém com perfil híbrido, unindo sólido conhecimento técnico-analítico com profunda compreensão do ecossistema de publicidade digital. Você atuará com bastante autonomia, liderando a construção de soluções de dados, gerando insights de campanhas globais e sendo uma referência técnica e estratégica para a equipe e nossos clientes.
Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
● Gestão de Dashboards: Liderar a criação, manutenção e evolução de dashboards e relatórios automatizados complexos (ex.: Looker Studio), garantindo visões executivas e operacionais para monitoramento de KPIs de mídia.
● Tratamento de Dados: Estruturar e liderar a extração, limpeza e cruzamento de dados de diversas plataformas (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) via Adverity e Google BigQuery, garantindo a governança, consistência e confiabilidade dos números.
● Documentação: Definir, estruturar e manter a documentação das arquiteturas de dados, processos de coleta e regras de negócio utilizadas nas relatorias.
● Validação e Acurácia: Desenvolver e manter rotinas de auditoria avançadas para garantir que não haja divergências entre as plataformas de mídia e os relatórios entregues aos clientes.
● Colaboração e Estratégia: Atuar lado a lado com os times de mídia e clientes, não apenas entendendo as necessidades de mensuração, mas conduzindo apresentações de resultados, interpretando o desempenho e sugerindo otimizações acionáveis.
● Apoio à Equipe: Atuar como referência e mentor(a) técnico(a) para analistas juniores e plenos, apoiando na resolução de problemas complexos e elevando a régua analítica do time.
Requisitos e Qualificações (Hard Skills):
● Google Sheets / Excel Intermediário à Avançado: Domínio de manipulação de grandes bases de dados, integrações e funções complexas para análises ágeis de negócio.
● Linguagem SQL e BigQuery: Conhecimento intermediário (ou básico com alto potencial e rápida curva de aprendizado) para construção de consultas, manipulação de dados e cruzamento de tabelas diretamente no banco de dados.
● Forte Contexto de Mídia Digital: Sólida experiência com ferramentas de compra de mídia e profundo entendimento de métricas de Marketing Digital (CPM, CPC, Conversão, ROAS, Atribuição). Capacidade de conectar o comportamento da campanha com os dados.
● Ferramentas de Visualização: Forte experiência prática com ferramentas de Data Viz (Looker Studio preferencialmente, Power BI ou similares) voltadas para relatoria de performance.
● Raciocínio Lógico Estratégico: Capacidade de estruturar problemas não formatados, entender a lógica de "causa e efeito" em cenários multi canais e propor soluções baseadas em dados.
● Inglês Intermediário a Avançado: Capacidade de leitura técnica, escrita e segurança para participar de reuniões e apresentações (muitas ferramentas, documentações e clientes demandam o idioma).
Habilidades Comportamentais (Soft Skills):
● Autonomia e Visão Estratégica: Proatividade para buscar ativamente novas fontes de dados, melhorias de processo e não depender apenas de demandas estruturadas.
● Comunicação Sênior: Excelente articulação para traduzir "dados técnicos" e análises complexas em narrativas claras e persuasivas para lideranças, clientes e times de mídia.
● Organização e Resiliência: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas entregas e manter a integridade de dados em um ambiente dinâmico de agência.
Diferenciais (O que brilha os olhos):
● Estudos de Incrementalidade e Mensuração Avançada: Compreensão teórica ou prática de metodologias como Brand Lift Studies (BLS), Conversion Lift (CLS), MMT (conhecido também como Geo-lift) e MMM.
● Automação e uso de IA: Experiências ou cases com uso de IA, seja com automação de alguma tarefa manual ou suporte para conclusão de atividades.
● Programação: Conhecimentos intermediários/avançados em linguagens como Python ou R para análises preditivas, automação de tarefas e modelagem de dados.
● Hands-on em Mídia: Experiência prévia operando diretamente as plataformas (já ter configurado campanhas no Google/Meta).

In this role, you will operate in a highly complex data environment, becoming the go-to expert on finance-related topics (controllership, treasury, credit risk, liquidity, capital, FP&A, etc.) within Internal Audit. You will routinely navigate large-scale, distributed data sources, connect information from multiple domains, and translate it into clear insights for the audit agenda.
As part of the Internal Audit, you will primarily work on audits, while also helping the team strengthen continuous auditing and predictive risk monitoring. Como Desenvolvedor Backend Sênior, você será responsável por liderar o desenvolvimento e a
implementação de soluções robustas e escaláveis para nossos serviços backend, garantindo alta
disponibilidade, performance e segurança.
Desenvolver e manter serviços backend utilizando Node.js/TypeScript e Nest.js.
● Trabalhar com bancos de dados relacionais e não-relacionais para garantir a integridade e
eficiência dos dados.
● Implementar arquiteturas de microserviços e garantir a comunicação eficiente entre eles.
● Utilizar computação em nuvem, especialmente no Google Cloud Platform (GCP), para
hospedar e escalar serviços.
● Implementar programação assíncrona e mensageria utilizando RabbitMQ, Kafka, PubSub,
