THE ROLE

You will be the architect of risk reduction, transforming raw vulnerability data into a prioritized roadmap for a secure enterprise. WHAT YOU BRING

The Core Essentials

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, vulnerability management, or security engineering in an enterprise environment (or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands-on experience running vulnerability management programs and working with asset discovery and/or secrets detection tools (e.g., runZero, TruffleHog, GitLeaks, or similar).
• Experience configuring and operating a Zero Trust / secure web gateway platform (e.g., Zscaler ZIA/ZPA or similar) and securing at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in SIEM detection engineering (preferably Splunk) and scripting or programming in at least one of: Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering teams to prioritize and drive remediation, and to explain technical risk in clear, business-relevant language.

• Experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA specifically, including SSL inspection design, certificate management, and policy tuning in a global environment.

THE ROLE

Everpure Cloud Dedicated (formerly Cloud Block Store) is Pure’s enterprise storage solution running in the public cloud. It brings the same features customers know from FlashArray - like data reduction (deduplication and compression), snapshots, encryption, and replication - directly into AWS and Azure. Because we reduce how much data actually needs to be stored and how many native cloud disks are required, customers can run their workloads in the cloud with lower storage cost and predictable performance instead of over‑provisioning native cloud volumes.

The service has been in production since 2019, serving enterprise, SaaS, and multicloud customers. It also acts as the storage engine for other Everpure Cloud offerings, such as Everpure Cloud Azure Native, where Azure users consume Pure storage as a native Azure service.

Our Prague‑based team owns the project on both AWS and Azure end‑to‑end. We design and build the core storage architecture, handle resiliency and performance work, and drive deployment and upgrade mechanisms. We also work closely with product managers, support, and field teams on customer issues and roadmap priorities. Because we run on top of AWS and Azure, we must deeply understand their building blocks (VMs, disks, networking, databases) and how Purity behaves on top of them.

As an Application Security Engineer (Offensive Testing), you will lead and perform penetration testing and DAST for Veeam Data Cloud products. You’ll use Burp Suite and modern web/API testing techniques to find real, exploitable issues, help prioritize risk, and work with engineering teams to drive fixes to completion.

The role

We’re looking for a Senior HPC Cluster Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of our cutting-edge hyperscaler platform. The GPU & InfiniBand team is responsible for enhancing and optimizing the core components of our Cloud platform, with a specific focus on GPU computing, InfiniBand networks, and the KVM/QEMU stack. You’ll work closely with hardware virtualization and device emulation technologies, ensuring high performance and security in multi-GPU, HPC environments. The role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving infrastructure to support new hardware, fine-tuning system performance, and automating fault detection and resolution in a complex system.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Tuning the performance of GPU clusters and InfiniBand networks to ensure optimal operation in HPC and GPU-based environments.

• Analyzing and troubleshooting the root cause of issues related to GPUs and InfiniBand networks, and proposing corrective actions.

• Integrating new hardware into the existing infrastructure, including support for new GPU hardware through software stacks like Kubernetes, QEMU, and KVM.

• Enhancing automation systems for proactive monitoring, detecting, and resolving issues in GPU and InfiniBand environments.

• Configuring and managing GPU devices and InfiniBand fabrics, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
  

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in system-level software development (focused on performance optimization, low-level programming).

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux systems (administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning).

• In-depth understanding of server architecture, including PCIe devices, NICs, Linux OS/Kernel, and high-performance computing (HPC) systems.

• Strong proficiency in one or more performance-oriented programming languages (C/C++, Go, Python).

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with GPU end-to-end testing in a cluster environment using InfiniBand networking.

• Proven track record of analyzing and optimizing the performance of HPC workloads (e.g., simulations, data analysis, AI/ML workloads).

• Familiarity with RDMA, RoCE, and InfiniBand protocols for high-performance communication.

• Background in Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and experience with HPC cluster networking.

• Understanding of QEMU/KVM virtualization and managing virtualized environments.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and their integration with HPC systems.

• Familiarity with collective communication libraries like MPI and NCCL for distributed computing.

The role

Token Factory is a part of Nebius Cloud, one of the world's largest GPU clouds, running tens of thousands of GPUs. We are building a high-performance inference and fine-tuning platform designed to push foundation models to their hardware limits. Our mission is to maximize throughput, minimise latency, and optimise cost-per-token across tens of thousands of GPUs.

Some directions we are currently working on, and which you can be a part of:

• Inference Optimization: Identifying LLM inference bottlenecks to drive production speedups. Squeezing the maximum performance for a wide range of LLM architectures at scale (e.g., GPT-OSS, Kimi K2.5, DeepSeek V3.1/V3.2, GLM-5).
• Inference engines support: Implement novel speculative decoding architectures, optimise components of various LLM designs (dense/MoE, autoregressive/parallel), and contribute to open-source inference engines.
• Low Precision Training & Inference: Design and productionise low-precision (FP8, NVFP4/MXFP4) training and inference pipelines with measurable gains in throughput and cost-efficiency.

We expect you to have:

• A profound understanding of theoretical foundations of machine learning and transformer architecture.
• Experience profiling GPU workloads using Nsight, PyTorch profiler, or similar tools
• Understanding of GPU memory hierarchy and compute/memory tradeoffs
• Familiarity with important ideas in LLM space, such as MHA, RoPE, KV-cache, Flash Attention, and quantisation
•  Understanding of performance aspects of large neural network training (sharding strategies, custom kernels, hardware features etc.)
•  Strong software engineering skills (we mostly use Python)
• Deep experience with modern deep learning frameworks
• Proficiency in contemporary software engineering approaches, including CI/CD, version control and unit testing
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience working with open-source inference engines (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM), including contributions
• Experience with kernel languages or DSLs such as Triton, Cute, CUTLASS, CUDA
• A track record of building and delivering products (not necessarily ML-related) in a dynamic startup-like environment.
• Strong engineering skills, including experience in developing large distributed systems or high-load web services.
• Open-source projects that showcase your engineering prowess
