We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Integrations, the surface that connects every Typeform experience to the tools customers use to run their business.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. Every response captured can flow into a CRM, a marketing tool, a database, a chat, or a spreadsheet, wherever the next step happens. That layer needs to be deep, dependable, and easy to extend, at the scale of 500 million responses a year for 150,000 businesses across the long tail of tools they rely on. It has to be reliable, observable, secure, and able to scale as customer stacks become more sophisticated.
In this role, you will own Integrations end to end. You will evolve the platform while partnering with Automations and Typeform AI to make the integrations layer the substrate for both customer configured and agentic workflows.
Your work will define how Typeform plugs into the rest of the SaaS world for tens of thousands of customers, and how AI agents take action through it.
The Integrations team owns the layer that connects Typeform to the broader SaaS ecosystem: the connectors, auth flows, the action catalog, and the partner experience that makes it all work. Hundreds of millions of integration calls flow through this surface every year.
The team sits inside the Workflow Automations group alongside Automations, and works closely with Data Capture upstream, as well as with the Partnerships team and external partners across the long tail of tools customers rely on.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. You will own the layer that connects 150,000 businesses to the hundreds of tools they rely on: the connectors, auth, the action catalog, and the platform that makes it all work.
You will also help lead the shift from manual connections to agentic action, the moment integrations stop being a checkbox and become the substrate every workflow and every agent runs through.

⚡ We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our development team in Lisbon. This is a highly hands-on role: you will lead a cross-functional team, actively writing and reviewing code, shaping architecture, and driving technical excellence. You will play a key role in building high-performance payment systems, ensuring scalability and security for real-money transactions.
🎯 Your Mission:
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and timely releases for our in-house payment gateway. You will be deeply involved in coding, architectural decisions for microservices, and system improvements, all while mentoring your team and fostering a collaborative, transparent, and growth-oriented environment within the fintech domain.
✅ Responsibilities:
• Manages a cross-functional team of engineers by conducting activities such as periodic feedback, one-to-one sessions, performance evaluations, and preparing individual development plans for direct reports.
• Helps manage resources within the team, assigns tasks, and ensures a balanced workload among engineers.
• Personally engages in product development, writing and reviewing code, and delivering periodic product improvements.
• Leads the development of the in-house fintech platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Builds and manages complex payment API integrations with banks, PSPs, and third-party services.
• Participates in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure team alignment and adherence to agile best practices.
• Improves platform quality by refactoring code, identifying and resolving technical debt, and optimizing architecture for high-load integrations.
• Creates solution designs and determines technical implementations for product changes, specifically regarding microservices and messaging systems.
• Supports Engineering Managers in creating new guidelines and ensuring domain knowledge of payment flows is well documented.
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in IT, with 3+ years in leadership positions.
• 2+ years of experience in Fintech, banking, or financial systems (experience with real-money transactions is highly preferred).
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Expert knowledge of REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets for secure financial integrations.
• Experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and secure development practices.
• Advanced level of English.
