About the Team:
The Internal Supply Chain team owns the raw materials supply and its distribution to the chefs/fulfillment. It’s a high-impact role with the ability to communicate constantly between all different areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.
The role:
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects and is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!
You are capable of managing and analyzing the supply chain to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude. Owns 100% of the analysis, flags insightful info, creates action plans, develops new dashboards, etc.
You enjoy being part of a team and understand that the impact of your work will help to make the organization better.
Responsibilities:
- Own key metrics (e.g., food costs), identify cost gaps, and perform deep dives to maintain accuracy ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and their cost impact, creating corrective action plans.
- Manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excess, balancing availability with waste reduction. Follow up on the extra spent due to the purchasing delta, define an action plan to avoid it, but at the same time keep healthy stocks of short-life products to avoid increasing the waste and spoilage.
- Oversee and optimize the ordering and distribution processes in collaboration with other teams.
- Monitor and communicate any price changes to relevant departments.
- Coordinate and support the deployment of new tools such as ERP/MRP & WMS.
- Develop and enhance SOPs to ensure process adherence and improve department efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous experience in a Supply Chain;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related;
- Analytical skills and an excellent use of Google Sheets/Excel are required;
- Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers;
- ERP/MRP knowledge; SQL basic knowledge; Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus!
- Since our HQ is located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required

Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.
The role:
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/5 days/week) Supply Chain Operations Support with a self-reliance mindset who is willing to help and give support in handling operational tasks where strong G Suite, especially Excel, skills are required to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!
You're capable of supporting the sourcing supply chain management to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets.
- Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery.
- Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively with the Supply Chain team, Ops team, MarketPlace team, and Vendors.
- Track shortages with Receiving reports on a daily basis and take action accordingly.
- Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations.
- Assist with the Distribution Model Process, updating and sending Sales Orders.
Qualifications:
- Inventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
- Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel
- Experience in the Food Industry is a plus!
- Since our HQ is located in the US, English is required.
- Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
Working Schedule:
- 5 days per week (~40 hours), with daily hours varying based on operational needs.
- Fixed shifts, with workdays coordinated with the candidate; days off will be scheduled during the week and are not expected to consistently fall on weekends.
- High likelihood of working on holidays, depending on operational demand, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Working hours will vary by assigned kitchen, typically ranging from 12:00 PM ET to 9:00 PM ET.
- This role requires a high level of flexibility, as support may be needed outside standard hours depending on operational needs.
