• Proaktivt jobbe med strategiske og operative initiativer (produktutvikling, way of work, etc.).
• Jobbe tett med andre teammedlemmer for å sikre en helhetlig tilnærming til kampanjene.

What You'll Do:

The Data Centre Operations team is responsible for the physical core of our business, ensuring the overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of our data centre infrastructure. This position involves hands-on hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair, playing a critical role in maintaining our high-performance computing environment.

Role Overview

The Senior Forward Deploy Engineer for ND8 is a hybrid role responsible for hands-on deployment execution and ongoing technical account ownership across the Nordic region. This role combines the execution depth of a Forward Deploy Engineer with the long-term ownership and customer leadership of a Technical Account Manager.

In the early phases of engagement, the Senior FDE leads platform bring-up, deployment execution, and initial workload onboarding. Once customers are live, the same engineer remains the primary technical owner, driving adoption, operational maturity, reliability, and expansion across multiple countries and sites.

This role reports into the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Delivery, EMEA & ANZ and is intentionally designed to avoid fragmented ownership between deployment and post-sale success. Success is measured by deployment quality, speed to production, customer confidence, platform adoption, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment execution and platform bring-up

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Armada platforms including Atlas, Galleon with AEP, and Leviathan AI Factory integrated with Bridge GPU-as-a-Service
• Execute deployments across the ND8 region, including multi-country and multi-site environments
• Own infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, and production readiness validation
• Make real-time technical decisions across hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers

Technical account ownership and customer success

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned ND8 customers post go-live
• Own the technical success plan, adoption milestones, and operational maturity roadmap

Joint Success Plan ownership

• Build, maintain, and actively drive Joint Success Plans (JSPs) for each assigned customer

Field leadership and mentorship

• Act as a senior technical presence for ND8 customers, setting the bar for execution and professionalism

Cross-functional collaboration

• Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Delivery, EMEA & ANZ on NB8 priorities and escalations

Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account roles
• Proven ability to own both hands-on delivery and long-term customer technical relationships
• Deep technical expertise across Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute
• Strong troubleshooting skills in live, production environments
• Experience supporting customers across multiple European countries

What Is The Role:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Software Developer to join our Elasticsearch - Distributed Systems team and focus on how Elasticsearch provides scale, performance, and resilience. This team owns how nodes in an Elasticsearch cluster communicate, and how data are indexed, allocated, and replicated across nodes. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Improving Elasticsearch’s components that support concurrent and consistent indexing across multiple machines.
• Maintaining our cluster coordination system to keep performance high even though nodes come and go from the cluster and data moves around, while maintaining the safety and liveness properties of the system as a whole.
• Pushing the limits on the number of shards, nodes, and petabytes that Elasticsearch can handle today
• Looking into all kinds of issues, including performance or concurrency issues, and proposing solutions.
• Supporting our support engineers with the harder problems.

Mission Brief 

As a Launch Operations Technician, you will join our team on the beautiful arctic island of Andøya to perform test and launch campaigns of our Spectrum launch vehicle. For these campaigns you will closely work together with the local operations team, and support teams from our German headquarters. Besides the test and launch campaigns you will be carrying out improvement and maintenance activities for our launch site infrastructure, as well as preparatory work like creating procedures and processes to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations.

You will play a crucial role in creating reliable access to space from mainland Europe.

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Keep the ground infrastructure and machinery (Pad, AIT, workshops, etc.) operational, ready to test and launch, and compliant with regulatory requirements by developing and executing maintenance plans
• Implement changes to and continuously improve our infrastructure and processes to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations
• Support test and launch campaigns of our Spectrum vehicle form preparing the pad for operation, over hands-on trouble shooting, to operating parts of the ground systems
• Manufacture custom mechanical parts or assemblies for usage in our facilities
• Take care of our workshops and equipment
• Join the industrial safety/first responder team

Mission Brief 

As AIT Technician, you will join us on the arctic island of Andøya, and – as part of a small local AIT team – support onsite assembly, integration, test, and launch activities. Together with our dynamic multinational AIT and design teams based in Germany, and the local operations crew you will ensure flawless and timely delivery of flight hardware, and smooth conduction or test and launch campaigns.

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Shaping the launch site: Continuously improve the AIT infrastructure, and help develop it to compete with world class AIT facilities around the globe
• High-Precision Assembly: Precise assembly of advanced space components
• Machining Carbon Fiber Composites: Working with cutting-edge carbon fibre materials
• Component and Assembly Testing: Validating the functionality of individual parts and complete assemblies
• Test and Launch Support: Assisting in setting up and preparing the flight hardware for stage testing and launch
• High Cleanliness Standards: Maintaining high cleanliness standards to ensure component integrity
• Detailed Documentation: Accurately documenting work processes to maintain high standards and quality
• Compliance with Standards: Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
• Process Improvement: Contributing to continuous process improvement

Qualification Checklist 

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic specializing in production engineering, maintenance, engineering or comparable training in accordance with the requirements
• Several years of professional experience in the field of aviation and/or aerospace
• Excellent teamwork
• Knowledge of gas/fluid bolting techniques
• Good drawing skills, spatial awareness and good technical understanding
• Willingness for occasional assembly work at different locations
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work under pressure and in a highly dynamic environment
• Foundational knowledge of computer and software applications
• Well organized mode of working
• Physical dexterity is required as working in confined spaces is necessary (including the ability to lift 25kg without assistance)
• Class B driver’s license
• Fluent in English (Norwegian and/or German are helpful)

Bonus Skills

• Any type of machinery licenses (forklift, craning, etc.)
• Experience working with hazardous materials or systems under pressure

The Opportunity

This is a full-cycle commercial role with full ownership of revenue generation across new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for originating, qualifying, progressing and closing opportunities — while ensuring leadership and technical stakeholders are engaged at the right stage of the sales process.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in long, consultative sales cycles, understands complex stakeholder environments, and is motivated by building a sustainable pipeline rather than chasing short-term wins.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline Generation & Account Development

• Generate and manage a self-sourced pipeline through structured outbound activity and targeted account engagement.
• Follow up and convert inbound leads (demo requests, referrals, consultant introductions).
• Develop strategic account plans for high-value target organisations.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.

1. Full-Cycle Sales Ownership

• Own the entire sales process from initial outreach through discovery, qualification, evaluation, negotiation and contract close.
• Run structured first-stage qualification independently before involving executive or technical leadership.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales processes involving management, engineering, IT/security, procurement and executive decision-makers.
• Develop value cases and commercial proposals aligned to customer business objectives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence appropriate to long enterprise sales cycles.

1. Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate with CTO and technical teams during IT/security evaluations and technical validation.
• Work closely with implementation/delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from contract to onboarding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, qualification standards and commercial best practices.

1. Commercial Discipline

• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. Experience with Hubspot preferred but not essential.
• Manage deal governance and ensure structured progression of opportunities.
• Work toward an annual revenue target (combined new and expansion revenue) aligned to company growth objectives.

What We are Looking For 

Essential Experience

• Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions and running full sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
• Proven experience in tender processes
• Strong outbound capability and comfort building your own pipeline.
• Experience selling into structured environments involving IT, engineering, operations or compliance-driven organisations.
• Track record of managing long sales cycles with persistence and commercial discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Highly Desirable

• Experience in energy, industrial, engineering or other high-risk operational sectors.
• Experience working with global accounts across multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies as well as relationship and value-based selling frameworks.
• Experience using modern sales tools, CRM systems and mutual action plans.
• Norwegian language skills.
