We are hiring a Global Accounting Specialist for our Finance team in Berlin or Munich, Germany or Madrid, Spain or Lisbon, Portugal!
As part of our Controllership team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting across our international entities.
Working in a multicultural environment, you will ensure compliance with local standards (such as German GAAP/HGB) and international regulations, supporting the global financial closing process and Wellhub’s operational efficiency.

Advanced expertise in database concepts/data modeling, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in query performance optimization.

Knowledge of Python and Spark for large-scale data processing.

En el equipo de Fleet Development somos los responsables directos de la negociación y el crecimiento de la oferta en España. Trabajamos para cerrar nuevos acuerdos y evolucionar constantemente nuestra propuesta de valor para que los partners crezcan junto a nosotros en la plataforma.
Tu misión será estructurar y liderar la función analítica y de gobernanza de la vertical de flota. Serás la pieza clave para coordinar el FRC, definir métricas críticas y construir dashboards que permitan elevar la performance operativa. Garantizarás que los datos de nuestros partners hablen el mismo idioma que nuestro marketplace, asegurando trazabilidad y rentabilidad.
Evolucionarás la capa analítica de los Partners, desde las fuentes de datos hasta los modelos de rutina.
Redefinirás los indicadores de seguimiento para que cada métrica tenga un impacto directo en el negocio.
Diseñarás herramientas de reporting y dashboards para stakeholders locales y globales.
Construirás business cases sólidos para nuevos modelos de operación, analizando desde unit economics hasta planes de despliegue.
Identificarás cuellos de botella en procesos críticos para proponer mejoras y automatizaciones.
Analizarás la rentabilidad de los partners por cohortes y tipos de activos para detectar palancas de crecimiento.
🔍 Lo que estamos buscando:
Sólidas capacidades analíticas con una mezcla equilibrada entre visión de negocio y habilidades técnicas.
Experiencia previa en performance, gobernanza operativa, BI o controlling (idealmente en entornos de marketplace o B2B).
Dominio avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets y comodidad trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos.
Se valorará positivamente el manejo de SQL y herramientas de visualización como Looker, PowerBI o Tableau.
Perfil autónomo, estructurado y proactivo, con gran capacidad para comunicar la "historia detrás del dato".

Formarás parte del equipo de Finanzas, un área crítica para el negocio por nuestro impacto en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y la creación de valor económico. Dentro de nuestra vertical, velamos por la economía y el cumplimiento normativo, garantizando la salud financiera de Cabify. Te unirás a un equipo que busca la eficiencia operativa máxima, optimizando procesos para reducir tareas manuales y asegurar que la información financiera sea un motor de crecimiento en todos los países donde operamos.
Tu misión principal será transformar el flujo de trabajo financiero, migrando de tareas de procesamiento de datos a actividades de análisis y generación de valor. Colaborarás activamente en la ejecución de la estrategia de digitalización y automatización del equipo de Finanzas Global.
Colaborarás en la implementación técnica de nuevos módulos y herramientas financieras, actuando como referente técnico entre Finanzas y Tecnología.
Analizarás y documentarás los procesos actuales (As-Is) para diseñar flujos optimizados (To-Be) que aseguren la estandarización global.
Apoyarás en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones de automatización para eliminar tareas manuales y repetitivas.
Actuarás como el punto de escalamiento primario para incidencias en sistemas financieros, coordinando la resolución con el equipo técnico.
Elaborarás documentación e impartirás formación especializada a los usuarios clave sobre el uso eficiente de las plataformas.
Experiencia: Trayectoria trabajando con sistemas financieros (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle o similares).
Análisis: Nivel avanzado de Excel y capacidad analítica orientada a la resolución de problemas.
Conocimientos Extra: Valorable el manejo de herramientas BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) y conocimientos básicos de SQL o estructuras de datos.
Habilidades: Capacidad para traducir necesidades financieras en soluciones tecnológicas y excelentes dotes de comunicación con diversos stakeholders.

Identificando oportunidades para maximizar el valor en el Marketplace, tanto en el corto como en el largo plazo.
Alineando cada iniciativa con la estrategia global del negocio.
Usando tu capacidad analítica para detectar insights clave y transformarlos en acciones de alto impacto.
Colaborando con múltiples equipos y stakeholders para asegurar una correcta implementación de las estrategias diseñadas.
Mentalidad analítica: estructurada, orientada al detalle y proactiva.
