Our Business Development team is the driving force behind Make.com's growth. We are curious, ambitious, and dedicated to helping companies optimize their processes with automation. This is a highly visible, collaborative role with a direct impact on revenue growth. You’ll have quota-carrying responsibility for generating and nurturing a net-new sales pipeline each quarter.
The Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Make.com, your primary goal is to identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives (AEs). You will work closely with 2-3 AEs, engaging with prospects to understand their automation needs and how Make can transform their operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect & Engage – Identify and connect with strategic business accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
- Drive Pipeline Growth – Generate new sales opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for AEs.
- Understand & Educate – Become a subject matter expert in automation and integration to effectively communicate Make.com’s value to potential customers.
- Strategic Targeting – Research and develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers at top prospect accounts.
- Organize & Track Progress – Maintain an organized book of business and consistently track engagement using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
What We’re Looking For:
- 🎓 BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS sales.
- 📈 1+ years of experience in sales or business development within a SaaS or tech environment.
- 💬 Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- 🌍 German Native Level and Fluency in English is required

AT Fever, the Tax team makes sure we stay on top of tax compliance across the group: from sales taxes and deal structuring to reporting obligations and identifying tax opportunities. We work closely with external advisors to validate tax criteria, ensure accurate reporting and drive to optimize processes that streamline the finance function. We also define tax parameters for new business activities, solve compliance issues across markets, and continuously improve tools and processes to support the wider organization.

The Role
The Global Tax Credits & Incentives Lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing tax credit, incentive, and grant opportunities across all jurisdictions where Fever operates. This role will ensure that Fever systematically leverages available regimes (e.g., R&D credits, entertainment incentives, employment incentives, investment incentives, innovation regimes) in a compliant, efficient, and scalable way.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities in existing and new markets, quantify potential benefits, and prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility. Map and maintain a global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes (e.g., R&D, innovation, IP, investment, employment, regional incentives).
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of tax credit and incentive projects (scoping, eligibility analysis, data gathering, documentation and filings).
- Work with Finance and FP&A to integrate incentives into business cases, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure incentive requirements (substance, documentation, KPIs) are met on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor changes in tax credit and incentive regimes globally and assess their impact on Fever’s structure and expansion plans.
Who You Are
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tax incentives/credits, international tax, or related advisory (Big 4 / top-tier firm or multinational group).
- Proven experience with R&D and innovation incentives, investment incentives, and/or employment-related tax credit regimes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to model and articulate the impact of incentives on cash flow, effective tax rate, and business cases.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Tax and Grants Specialist to build and own our end-to-end public funding strategy across regions. This role will identify, qualify, and secure non-dilutive funding and incentives worldwide to support the company’s growth, innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, and workforce development agendas.
You will be the subject-matter expert on global grant landscapes, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape funding roadmaps, orchestrate high-quality submissions, and ensure post-award compliance and reporting. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who can move seamlessly from market scanning and stakeholder engagement to bid leadership and award delivery.
What you’ll do
- You will develop and execute a global grants pipeline that aligns to corporate priorities, including innovation and R&D, payments and FX technology, AI and data, cybersecurity, sustainability and green transition, training and skills, market expansion, and trade enablement.
- You will systematically map national, supranational, and regional schemes (e.g., UK, EU, US federal/state, Canada, LATAM, APAC, Middle East, Africa), as well as sector-specific programmes relevant to fintech and financial services.
- You will lead qualification, bid strategy, consortium management where applicable, and full-lifecycle application delivery.
