En el equipo de Fleet Development somos los responsables directos de la negociación y el crecimiento de la oferta en España. Trabajamos para cerrar nuevos acuerdos y evolucionar constantemente nuestra propuesta de valor para que los partners crezcan junto a nosotros en la plataforma.
Tu misión será estructurar y liderar la función analítica y de gobernanza de la vertical de flota. Serás la pieza clave para coordinar el FRC, definir métricas críticas y construir dashboards que permitan elevar la performance operativa. Garantizarás que los datos de nuestros partners hablen el mismo idioma que nuestro marketplace, asegurando trazabilidad y rentabilidad.
Evolucionarás la capa analítica de los Partners, desde las fuentes de datos hasta los modelos de rutina.
Redefinirás los indicadores de seguimiento para que cada métrica tenga un impacto directo en el negocio.
Diseñarás herramientas de reporting y dashboards para stakeholders locales y globales.
Construirás business cases sólidos para nuevos modelos de operación, analizando desde unit economics hasta planes de despliegue.
Identificarás cuellos de botella en procesos críticos para proponer mejoras y automatizaciones.
Analizarás la rentabilidad de los partners por cohortes y tipos de activos para detectar palancas de crecimiento.

Sólidas capacidades analíticas con una mezcla equilibrada entre visión de negocio y habilidades técnicas.
Experiencia previa en performance, gobernanza operativa, BI o controlling (idealmente en entornos de marketplace o B2B).
Dominio avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets y comodidad trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos.
Se valorará positivamente el manejo de SQL y herramientas de visualización como Looker, PowerBI o Tableau.

As a Senior Motor Fleet Underwriter (12 months fixed-term), you will take ownership of Wakam’s European commercial motor fleet portfolio, driving underwriting performance, strengthening broker and MGA relationships, and contributing to product and market strategy across several jurisdictions.
You will act as a technical authority on fleet underwriting, combining risk selection, pricing discipline, market insight, and portfolio steering to ensure profitable and sustainable growth. This role requires both hands-on underwriting expertise and the ability to influence underwriting frameworks, appetite, and governance.
You will underwrite new business and renewals across commercial motor fleet segments, including PHV/taxi, delivery, leasing fleets, and other types of fleets. You will assess risk quality using exposure data, loss history, fleet management practices, driver profiles, and sector information, and apply technical pricing models and rating tools to determine adequate premiums.
You will negotiate terms with brokers and MGAs to achieve balanced outcomes on price, coverage, and conditions, while applying underwriting authority appropriately and escalating referrals when needed. You will also manage quotes, binders, endorsements, and monitor in-force accounts for mid-term changes, fleet movements, and deterioration in claims performance.
