Monks is looking for a creative designer to create and adapt designs for Social Media. You will cooperate with a design-savvy and creative team to devise an overall concept. You will be responsible for analysing regional and local market requirements and nailing quality, brand guidelines and visual executions across different channels.
• Generate clear ideas in tandem with the content team to support local markets with the conceptual and visual execution of campaigns for an iconic automative brand.
• Understand social media initiatives, strategic position and target audience
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Manage the visual side of the Social Media Calendar
• Conduct image research: sourcing the best visuals to achieve the strongest composition for each campaign and deliverable
• Present complete ideas and the art designs of social media client / team members
• Own smaller projects or a small part of bigger projects and make sure that all design tasks are completed with an excellent outcome.
• 3+ years of proven work experience with all stages of the creative process in advertising or communications agencies. Proven experience working as an Art designer.
• Significant Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc).
• Bonus points if you are competent in additional programs (i.e. Figma, Sketch, AfterEffects, editing/color-editing).
• Fluent in English.
• Clear understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow and storytelling, get teams to improve the work on both an aesthetic and functional level.
• Not afraid of doing repetitive work when necessary.
• Experience with powerpoint / G-slides and putting together client decks.
• Curiosity, creativity, above-average commitment, a keen eye for detail and a high visual quality standard.
• Great team player and willing to walk the extra mile, always supporting the whole team with your craft and ideas.
• Humble and open to feedback and proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows.

Microsoft estimates there are 7M+ monthly active .NET developers worldwide. Our tools – Rider, ReSharper, and various profilers – reach roughly half of them. These users are experts with strong habits and strong opinions. They know exactly how they want to work – which makes them one of the hardest audiences to design for, and one of the most rewarding. Your craft really matters here.
We’re looking for a product designer to own end-to-end experiences across the .NET ecosystem. You’ll partner with engineers and product managers who treat design as a strategic input, not a final polish step, and you’ll ship work that developers use every single day.
You’ll move across products rather than specializing in one, which means holding complexity in your head and making decisions that work across contexts. You’ll also coordinate with the broader IntelliJ Platform design team – JetBrains builds IDEs across dozens of languages, and ecosystem coherence matters.
The .NET ecosystem includes:
You’ll work on whatever needs design attention, which shifts based on priorities. Recent examples include: designing an overlay system that gives ReSharper its own identity inside Visual Studio without adding clutter, integrating AI assistance into GameDev workflows where context matters enormously, and making monitoring tools feel like part of the IDE rather than separate expert software.
Expect variety and sophisticated challenges.
You’ll join a small design team (currently 3 people, including the lead) embedded in the .NET ecosystem. We’re building out our practices – prioritization frameworks, intake systems, and research processes – so you’ll shape how we work, not just what we ship.
The broader .NET organization includes product managers, engineers, QA, researchers, marketing managers, and technical writers across multiple products. Design partners with all of them. Here’s the thing: The engineers building these tools are also .NET developers – they’re your users. You’ll sit alongside the people whose workflows you’re designing for. That’s one of the rarest feedback loops in product design, and it changes how you work.

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Vistral Squad, the team that builds and evolves Vistral, PropHero's internal operations platform. Vistral is the backbone of our day to day operations: the tool our Ops, Wealth, and Revenue teams use to manage properties, track settlements, coordinate with partners, and execute across Spain, Ireland, Indonesia, and Australia.
Designing for internal tools is a distinct discipline. Your users are expert operators who live inside the product for hours every day. They need speed, clarity, and workflow efficiency above all else. A screen that eliminates 10 minutes of friction from a daily task is a bigger win than a beautiful one that slows people down.
You'll work in a team that embraces AI as a core part of the design and development process. That means using Claude, Stitch,Weave, Figma and Figma Make as everyday tools to move faster and more consistently not as a novelty, but as a genuine shift in how a product gets built. You'll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and the internal users themselves to ship real operational improvements.

Fever is looking for an exceptional Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail and good technical skills in artwork finalization to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in graphic design but also has management skills and the ability to lead projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept to final delivery. You’ll be joining the design team of one of Fever’s most iconic and globally recognized brands, contributing to its creative growth and visual identity worldwide.
To support our global growth strategy, this position is designed to operate on an early hours schedule (starting at 6:00 a.m.) to ensure strong creative coverage and alignment with the APAC market.

We are looking for a Conversational Designer who is capable of combining Artificial Intelligence with the best UX Design practices to create and evolve agile, effective, and humanized conversational interactions. This person will have the opportunity to consider the entire user journey, designing intelligent and intuitive solutions for multiple digital channels such as WhatsApp, Blipchat, Messenger, Instagram, among others.
Creative, technical, and analytical skills, along with strong collaboration abilities, are essential for this position, as it will involve a great deal of interaction between countries such as Mexico and Brazil. Additionally, as a global company, Blip values knowledge of other languages, especially English..
