About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer on our Sports AI team to help build the next generation of real-time AI systems powering sports analysis and insights.
These systems transform live sports broadcasts (incorporating signals from video, crowd noise, audio commentary, and text) into a structured understanding of game context and auto-generated insights. The outputs from these systems power a range of products including automated highlight clipping, augmented broadcasts, semi-automatic play-by-play collection, and natural-language insight generation. For example, these systems can detect a goal, attribute it to the correct player, and localize where it occurred on the pitch within seconds by combining crowd noise spikes, commentary signals, and video cues.
This role sits at the intersection of streaming and distributed systems, AI, and product engineering. You’ll build and operate real-time pipelines that process noisy, asynchronous inputs under tight latency constraints. These systems combine traditional streaming and data processing techniques with modern multimodal AI models to produce reliable outputs in production.
You’ll work on challenges like aligning signals across multiple sources, handling uncertainty and inconsistency in model outputs, and designing systems that degrade gracefully in real-world conditions. We are early in building these capabilities, so the role involves working through ambiguity, experimenting with different approaches, and building new systems from first principles where established patterns don’t yet exist.

What You Will Do
2K Games is building a world-class data ecosystem to power real-time analytics, machine learning, and game intelligence across all our franchises. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Data Science to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our data science strategies and products, partnering with game studios and analytics teams to enable enhanced player experiences.

What You Need
The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $109,800 and $162,480 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Position Overview
Saylor seeks an innovative, sharp Social Copywriter with experience in social media copywriting, content strategy, and creative development to join the Creative direction team. This role will support a major travel and hospitality account. The ideal candidate is exceedingly creative, collaborative, strategic, and obsessed with social media and marketing trends. You will support the Associate Creative Director and Creative Team in shaping efforts on pitches, accounts, and brand and marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for leading group brainstorms, ideating independently, developing concepts, crafting voice and tone, and writing scripts and copy inclusive of post captions and on-screen supers.
The Copywriter will take the lead on certain initiatives with some collaboration and oversight from the Associate Creative Director (ACD) to maintain alignment throughout the process. Your work will power scalable simulation for agent training, automated game balancing, synthetic data generation, and new forms of language-conditioned game interaction. You will stay deeply hands-on, turning advances in predictive simulation, latent state representations, and environment modeling into concrete prototypes that game teams can evaluate and build on. You will work closely with game teams to ground your research in real gameplay needs and partner across Technology Research to connect world models with game AI and NLP efforts.

The Role:
As Director of Business Intelligence, you will define and own the strategy and roadmap for making data accessible, trusted, and actionable across CD Baby. You’ll establish the metrics that matter most, drive data normalization across teams, and build the infrastructure that enables self-service insights at scale. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Data Engineering and stakeholders across the company to prioritize the highest-impact KPIs, ensure consistent definitions across the organization, and embed data into how decisions get made. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll architect the BI function while also building dashboards, leading analyses, and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
Define the BI Strategy & Roadmap
• Establish a company-wide BI vision and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Standardize core metrics and KPIs across business, product and technology teams
• Prioritize the highest-impact insights that drive growth, retention, and artist success
• Build scalable reporting layers and self-service infrastructure that reduce ad hoc dependency
• Evaluate and deploy AI-enabled analytics tools that scale insight generation and reduce dependency on manual reporting
Drive Customer & Product Insights
• Lead segmentation, cohort analysis, lifetime value modeling, and churn analysis.

Build Data Analytics Infrastructure

Final Notes
CD Baby provides base salary ranges for all positions located in the United States at the time of posting. The hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000 annually. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon various factors including, but not limited to, work experience, geographic location and relevant skills.
