At Blank Street, we’re on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. From the very beginning, we’ve set out to add a spark to ordinary experiences through elevated products, attention-to-detail, and a commitment to making every moment memorable. We’re motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities, and know that our potential is unlimited. It all starts with our people and their commitment to make magic happen each and every day.
Blank Street's Digital Product team builds and continuously elevates the digital tools and systems that enable a best-in-class customer and in-store experience across every touchpoint. This includes our mobile app, POS, and internal tools.
In this role, you will support the strategy, development, and day-to-day improvement of our consumer and employee-facing products.
You will spend a lot of time helping existing products run better, while also supporting the development and rollout of new products and features. That means gathering feedback from the field, triaging bugs and issues, translating what we are hearing into clear fixes for engineering, and supporting rollout and training so changes land smoothly.
We’re open to a range of experience levels, if a more experienced candidate is a great fit, we’re open to leveling the role accordingly.
Over time, we want you to grow into a builder who can proactively prototype solutions and workflows (using AI-assisted development tools) to help the team move faster.
Your work is structured around three pillars:
This role is based fully in-person at our London office.

Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work.
You're a builder, not a maintainer.

The Monolith AI Platform Engineering Team at CoreWeave is responsible for building and scaling the data and workflow backbone that powers the world’s most advanced engineering simulation and AI workflows — our ambition is to become the super‑intelligent AI test lab for the engineering industry, helping customers ship science, faster. From high‑throughput data ingestion and feature pipelines to model training and real‑time inference, our platform delivers the performant, reliable, and trustworthy data foundation trusted by the world’s largest engineering companies.

With over 2000 employees and offices around the world, we work together to solve complex problems, challenge consensus and deliver meaningful results. It’s a place of high expectations, deep curiosity and thoughtful collaboration.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Unified Platform (UP) organization. UP consolidates data and technologies into a comprehensive solution, accelerating time to market. Optimizing decision-making and research, our platform simplifies implementing new ideas, enhancing our competitive edge.
As a Software Engineer on one of the Unified Platform teams, you'll be part of a tight knit team of software engineers working closely with internal users (analysts, quants, traders) to develop innovative systems that enable research and trading. You'll experiment with emerging technologies to process data at scale. You’ll wrestle a mountain of data into human understandable insights.
We care deeply about preserving a respectful and diverse team culture. We are a group of polyglots and technologists always seeking to find the right tool for each problem, even if that means learning something new or reviving something old.
