The Role
Neo4j GraphAcademy provides free, self-paced, hands-on online training paths for Developers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to achieve success with Neo4j.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Curriculum Developer to create engaging, hands-on online training courses, videos, and technical content that educate and empower Neo4j users of all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality technical content (courses, videos, sample applications, diagrams) using existing Neo4j Documentation.
- Identify gaps in the course catalog, develop courses to cover them, and build clear learning paths for different graph use cases.
- Provide feedback on Neo4j offerings and course catalog to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with the distributed Developer Relations, Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and R&D teams.
- Be comfortable expressing complex subject matter clearly and simply, and working on camera.
Qualifications
- Must Haves:
- A background in education or technical writing.
- Able to demonstrate experience creating video content that uses visual aids to break complex content down into easy-to-understand content.
- Ability to research and develop training materials for users of all ability levels.
- An empathy for users and their learning experience.
- A strong command of the English language (writing and speaking).
- Experience working remotely.

In the Neo4j Sales Engineering team, we are technologists who enjoy working directly with customers in a variety of industries, and with a wide range of technologies and architectures. We provide engineering and architecture leadership and development for the Neo4j-based solutions our customers are building.
The responsibilities of an Associate Sales Engineer cover a variety of tasks, from assisting in the discovery of customer needs to helping transform those needs into technical designs. You will work closely with senior team members to learn how to demonstrate Neo4j technology, participate in whiteboarding sessions, and engage with technical stakeholders to understand their problems and map them to solutions. The Associate Sales Engineer understands business terminology, thinks in technical terms and combines both sides during the entire engagement
In this role, you will develop your expertise in Graph Databases while learning how Neo4j fits within a Modern Data Architecture alongside Big Data platforms, NoSQL stores, and cloud services, and how to position other architectural components in a graph-based solution.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborative Support: Partner with the Neo4j sales team to assist in all phases of the pre-sales process.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Junior Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Support, or Technical Consulting).
- Data Fundamentals: Understanding of database technologies and data modeling concepts; experience with SQL or NoSQL is ideal.
- Software Engineering: Solid software engineering principles and proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.

The Role:
This is a pivotal role, leveraging the unique strength of graph technology to solve the critical challenge in Agentic AI: providing rich, accurate, and connected context. When context is missing, LLMs "hallucinate," agents fail, and enterprise AI stalls. Neo4j's Graph Intelligence Platform is the solution, offering the contextual foundation necessary for reliable reasoning, precise retrieval, and confident action. This insight drives our AI strategy and makes this role one of the most consequential at Neo4j.
As the VP of Product Management for Agentic AI, you will define and execute Neo4j's product strategy at the intersection of graphs and agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to pioneer a category, shaping how developers, data scientists, and enterprises build AI applications & agents powered by knowledge graphs. You will lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate closely with Engineering, GTM, and Research, and serve as the foremost internal champion and external voice for Neo4j's AI product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Ownership: Define and own the AI product strategy, clearly articulating how the Neo4j graph platform uniquely enables key enterprise AI use cases, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graph construction, AI agents, and LLM grounding.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers focused on AI-related areas, providing direction, coaching for maximum impact, and ensuring tight alignment between the product roadmap and core business outcomes.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Drive the product lifecycle from initial discovery through launch and continuous iteration. This involves translating complex customer needs, market signals, and technical constraints into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Field and Research to bring novel graph + AI capabilities to market, including critical integrations with leading AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and cloud AI platforms.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with GTM, Sales, and Marketing to shape positioning, packaging, and launch motions that resonate effectively with both technical builders and enterprise buyers.
- Customer & Community Engagement: Engage directly with customers and the developer community to gain a deep understanding of current AI building practices and identify where Neo4j can best remove friction and unlock new value.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive and ecosystem landscape—including LLM providers, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, and adjacent graph players—to identify both opportunities and potential risks.
- External Visionary: Represent Neo4j's AI product vision externally at conferences, in analyst conversations, and with strategic partners and customers.
- Expected travel: Up to 20%
Required Qualifications
- Proven Product Leadership: 8+ years in product management, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity, preferably within a developer-focused or data infrastructure company.
- Deep AI Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands-on experience building with or shipping products that incorporate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, AI agents, or other related technologies.
- Strong Technical Acumen: Comfortable engaging with engineers and architects on complex topics such as graph data modeling, embeddings, retrieval architectures, and ML pipelines. Experience with Python or a similar language is a significant plus.
- Customer Focus: A demonstrated history of using qualitative and quantitative customer signals to drive product decisions that result in measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional Communication & Influence: The ability to align diverse stakeholders around a compelling vision and clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Platform Experience: Understanding of developer adoption curves for new technologies and how enterprise data teams evaluate and deploy AI tooling, specifically within developer and data platforms.
- Modern Data Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data ecosystems, including data warehouses, ML platforms, and orchestration frameworks.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.
In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. The Role
The Benchmarking team operates internally, collaborating with all other engineering teams as its clients. This team is responsible for maintaining the benchmarking infrastructure, enabling other teams to benchmark products and detect regressions effectively.
We oversee a full-stack product that encompasses a backend with a database, infrastructure, and software, along with a frontend interface named "Alacrity." Alacrity allows teams to schedule benchmarking runs and view both new and historical results. Our focus extends to developing algorithms for automatic regression detection and identifying bottlenecks in flame graphs, among other tasks. Furthermore, we serve as advocates for understanding Java internals and crafting high-performance Java code, actively collaborating with other teams to identify their needs and support their development efforts.
We are currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to both the Java backend and the benchmarking results frontend.

We are looking for a software developer to join Neo4j Aura, our mission-critical and high profile Kubernetes-based Graph Database-as-a-Service project that is providing highly available Neo4j database clusters to our customers around the world.
The Aura service delivers the power of Neo4j without the hassle of database setup, monitoring, maintenance, backups or updates. We take care of all that behind the scene leveraging the power of Kubernetes. In the Aura Orchestration team we are developing a custom Kubernetes operator to manage Neo4j clusters, running on Google, Amazon and Azure clouds.

The Team:
The team is responsible for the core user experience for managing Neo4j database instances on the Aura cloud platform and provides a foundation for other teams to build tooling on top of. Additionally, we handle everything from internal APIs and customer support tooling to maintaining our build and deployment pipelines. You can be part of a strategically important team and build features which are used by many of the largest enterprises in the world.
We are looking for full-stack engineers who are fluent in back-end technologies, but who are also confident to work on the front-end part of the stack. Relevant server-side experience includes the design and development of HTTP APIs, implementation of data persistence logic, async and event-based processing, and integration with third-party services.
The Role:
As a Software Engineer in the Aura Instances team, you will be contributing to building key pieces of technology infrastructure that will be used by thousands of users all around the world. Most of our users are other mission critical systems which demand high availability and reliability. You'll be creating technical infrastructure that must scale and adapt to the diverse needs of all users. If you're interested in going to a deeper level of technical detail, this could be the role to gain that knowledge and explore new and challenging technologies beyond what you'll find in a typical end-user application.
Production experience with several of the technologies we use is desirable but not essential. You should have strong Python or Golang skills, and be willing to work in both languages as our services layer uses both. You should have at least moderate skills in Kubernetes as well as Javascript/Typescript. Experience with React is a plus.
Our engineers work in both our Malmö and London offices and most teams are split across the two, so you must be comfortable working as part of a distributed team. We use extensive automated testing, so proficiency with a range of approaches from unit testing up to full-stack integration testing will be helpful.
