What you’ll do 

• Develop and implement the country growth strategy to take Payoneer Pakistan to the next level. Ensuring alignment with the overall global business growth plan. Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed customer performance, growth, and penetration targets across existing and new product lines.

Who you are 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an asset.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business growth strategies in a similar leadership role. Strong executional mindset balanced with a commercial growth orientation.
• Experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales and account management teams.
• Proven experience in sales and/or business development in one or more of the following industries: payments, digital marketing/advertise-Commerce and/or cross-border logistics or cross-border business.

About the Role: 

Motive is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM)  to join our Global Technical Support organization to provide white-glove service, technical support, and executive-level communications to our customers. In this role, you will be adept at both building relationships and resolving issues. As a Technical Account Manager, your workday is focused on a proactive review of a group of customers along with providing coaching and assistance to Technical Support Engineers for customers in your assigned segment. Additionally, you will be proactively working on technical support cases, upcoming feature consultation, issue escalation, training recommendations, and communicating procedural and status updates on the customer’s environment.
